I am now able to view my schedule , which is the only reason I have this app, so updated my rating to 4 stars. Still gets glitchy at times but otherwise the app is working much better

Some bugs

Cannot use self scheduling feature on this app because it doesn’t calculate required hours properly. The app often forces me to select extra shifts to meet weekend hour quota even though 4 weekend days are already selected. Shift needs and other scheduled persons also does not show. And trying to swap shifts with someone is a nightmare. It only shows option to switch shifts with employees on the opposite shift which obviously is not typically desirable.

This app is pointless now because it doesn’t show your schedule. That’s the only reason why I downloaded it. The support team has been contacted many times by pretty everyone who uses it and still no resolution. When it did show your schedule, it was great. It’s been well over a month, and still doesn’t work.

Not showing schedule

This app is pointless now because it doesn’t show your schedule. That’s the only reason why I downloaded it. The support team has been contacted many times by pretty everyone who uses it and still no resolution. When it did show your schedule, it was great. It’s been well over a month, and still doesn’t work.

Subpar

This app services thousands of HCA employees. You would think that it would be free of glitches the majority of the time. The whole MyScheduler disappearing without warning and putting a burden on very busy nurses to scramble and log into the website (which takes forever by the way), just to glance or request days is unacceptable. It has been days since we got a “we are aware, sorry” and the schedule is still not working. New developers need to be hired and glitches like this should be fixed immediately.

Please get a better app developer

This app started off good for 4 days then just went downhill… I see people complaining about the same thing but nothing has been fixed … I downloaded the app and everything was good then boom I loose my schedule. Can’t find it ,can’t click on notifications. The app is useless without the scheduler. Nobody honestly looks at other hospitals. We are trying to have somewhere to see our schedules and put in time and stuff .. PLEASE FIX THIS SO WE CAN ACTUALLY USE THE APP ✨…

FYI , I’ve already put in a ticket with my local hospitals IT and still nothing . Idk what else to do . I don’t wanna have to go up there on off days just to put in time so I can guarantee it when I could be using the app .

Hate the updates

Hate the updates of the app. I preferred the calendar how it was before when it showed by the actual month now the calendars mix into each other. Yes it shows by the current months schedule but I prefer seeing all of January, all of feb etc all on a single screen. I also don’t like that we cannot see who is working each day and who is charge unless we are scheduled for that day.

Thank you for the review. In Inspire, we follow the schedule period outlined from Scheduler web, and we are excited to share the department calendar view in our upcoming release soon. New update

This new update should be thrown away. Why change something that’s good. When the work shift was on n Orange, it was easier to see. Now you put it in pale blue, can’t hardly see it. Also available jobs or job posting should part of this app. It is too difficult to search for jobs within the hospital you work for.

Cannot even log in

I only use this to check my schedule. This worked fine until the most recent update. The app sends me to the medcity login portal to enter my ID and password. As soon as I hit the login button my ID and PW clear from the boxes and the login page refreshes. I’ve reinstalled the app 5 times and restarted my phone, but it still doesn’t work.

Worse than before, zero stars

What happened?
The calendar has become tiny, there’s half a page of wasted space
I am unable to see who I’m working with in my scheduled days
I used to be able to see my PTO hours, that’s gone too.
How can this be considered an update when you keep removing useful features that are so unique to HCA
