  • Landscape view vs portrait

    Nearly everything I use on my iPad allows landscape, except your bank. It’s a pain. Can it be changed?

  • Utter crap

    July Update: app was taken off due to being locked out of the account for months. Now I can’t redownload the app. Verbal complaint made direct to the bank. Still have several accounts at other banks and no issues. Very aggravating and it eventually will cost this bank a customer

    I have three bank accounts and am well versed on technology. This bank app is the only app that shuts down at night. Tonight it was because facial recognition didn’t work and had to be reset. What??!? Then my password conviently failed as is all attempt to reset the password. The eco chat help is an absolute joke. My 15 year old son could develop a more functional app than this. Also deposits take a billion years to show up. You will want to avoid this bank!!

  • Unstable and inconsistent

    First, the app stop recognizing Face ID, then it stopped recognizing my password. I have to completely exit the app at least twice in order to log in. The tech is horrific. If it weren’t for the interest rate being halfway decent, I’d close my account. I’ve already moved my direct deposits to Ally bank, they have a similar interest rate and a much more stable app.

  • Works well

    My only complaint is it’s only viewable in portrait on my iPad Pro 12.9. When I tip the iPad to landscape, the app remains in portrait.
  • Can’t type log in credentials

    Keyboard works everywhere else but when I try to type my log in and password credentials but nothing shows in the fields where I’m typing my credentials so I can’t even log in

    After logging in, nothing appears on the screen.

    So sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with our app. The issue you described is one that has been spotted in certain iPhones running version 3.0.2 of our mobile app. A fix has been developed and is scheduled to be released no later than 10/21. Until the fix is available, you may log in to online banking from a browser on either your mobile device or a desktop/laptop.
  • Today’s (?) Update Results in Failed App

    Login succeeds. However, dashboard is empty—no accounts appear and am stuck there. Still the same after powering down and powering up again. Please fix. Thanks.
