Never have had a bank take 5 to 7 days for a deposit to post, and using the app is a death sentence, it takes forever to load. Was way better when it was nationwide. I switched to Ally bank and it’s great!tileguy2001
Slow
Mobile deposits take way too long to post, up to 5 business days can lead to almost an entire week of waiting. In addition to that, the app itself is slow to load. Not pleased with Nationwide's switch, at all.AG2891

Crashes a lot
So your app crashes a lot. Like, most of the times I use it, at least one crash.
Interestingly, when it crashes and you swipe from bottom to close the app, you can see it is logged in and displaying accurate account info. While this bug has been helpful, it’s a bit unsettling.aray0825
Super Slow
Is there a way to speed it up? It takes about a minute to load transactions. Disappointing...x.?!xx
Closing account
App is very very slow. I never know if it’s working or froze. Takes activity days to show up. No way to contact other than live chat. Set up alert section doesn’t work. No ATM finder.Jtc0200
