Too slow to load

This app seems to be wayyy too data heavy. It is so slow to load! I want to place my coffee order while I am on the subway two stops away, as it is usually perfectly timed foe pickup. While at the station, I have full service, 4bars 5G. Other apps and webpages load, but Bluebottle says "unavailable" the entire duration of the stop.

Not only can I not submit the order, but it doesn't load the menu, recent orders, or location list, so I cannot even queue up an order a few stops earlier. Like I said, this is not the case for other apps. This app has a finite and relatively small amount of content, it shouldn't take multiple minutes to load the Cappuccino product page.

Also, I wish the default were to cow milk (the long time historical standard of milks, and less $$$), or there were an option to choose your own default selection. I sometimes I forget to change the milk and it's annoying.

I also wish you could request "no cracked pepper" on the special drinks.

The drinks are insanely expensive, but many are these days and they taste good at least.

Worst app ever

How does this app have 5 stars? This app errors from the moment you open it, then continues to error every step until you’ve force closed it 5-10x and just happen to finally get your order in. It’s really not about the app working but more about luck.

Here’s a preview of what you’ll experience:
Open app - has yesterdays order and time on there still but won’t register today yet.
Close app + reopen app - go to recent orders - error.
Close app + reopen app - finally get to recent orders - add to cart - your cart is now empty.
Close app + reopen app - recent orders + add to cart - items finally in cart - order now - error.
Close app + reopen app - order now - spinny wheel.
Close app + reopen app - FINALLY PLACED ORDER.

Pickup at specific time feature needed

It would be great if the app had a feature to pick up coffee/items scheduled at a specific time. I usually pick up on my way to work and I’m not able to place orders while on my hour long underground train commute, so being able to place the order before I get on the train scheduled for when I am to arrive at the cafe near my office would be ideal. Lots of other cafes/lunch places have this feature.

Too many bugs!!

This app is totally fine when it works. But recently there have been sooooo many times when it's down or stops working. The Peet's app never seems to have these problems.

I still try to use it many times a week (when I can). Just trying to get the attention of the developer -- you have big stability and functional issues!!!

Super slow not even able to place an order

The app has been super laggy for the past month that there were multiple times that I had to give up placing orders. It keeps saying the page couldn’t load due to network error even with the fastest wifi and strongest network. I even tried with two phones with two accounts but no luck. You really gotta fix this problem.

The Platform places a dollar for tip automatically when I order. I’d rather give staff cash.

I like the service and coffee. I’d rather pay the tip in cash and the platform when I order my coffee has been automatically adding a dollar for over a year. It’s not right.

Feature Request for Single Shot or Special Instructions

My partner and I usually get flat whites with single shot of espresso instead of the default double shot. Is it possible to add an option to specify that?

Please add espresso ordering

I usually get an espresso but when I order it in store there’s often a 10+ minute wait time, yet the app won’t allow me to order it since it tastes best freshly prepared. I think you could give the option to order ahead and just have a warning for people to time it so they arrive shortly after it’s ready

Can’t manage account

This only let’s you place an order. I was hoping to use this app to manage account subscriptions because their website recently prevented use of traditional passwords for login and instead forced email links to log in which inconsistently works. Because this app lacks that basic feature, it’s not as appealing in contrast to the coffee they serve.

I can’t find the cart or checkout

Can’t find the shopping cart or checkout. I can choose a store location, select items to add to order and access settings, but I don’t see any way to see what I selected or place an order… am I missing something…?
