I love this app the routine or ritual as they call it is so calming and puts me straight to sleep I would definitely recommend this to people who have trouble sleeping and if your thinking about getting the membership then GET IT it’s like the greatest thing that had happened to me especially when I watch tiktok or overthink time moves fast this got me on track right away thanks sleep booster!Show lesspoopiehahaha

The app is useless. It only becomes handy when you're breaking the piggy bank 🐷🤑and long month's worth of work down the drain. I'm all in for the hustle. It's The AMERICAN dream, but I think you're looking out for yourself rather than the customer. Seeing your results isn't part of the deal unless your willing to put money down. At least give a one-week free trial with no money down, and if people are interested, they will continue with it. Until a better deal is offered. But like I said

Do not buy this app
This app does not do what it says it will... what I was actually interested in was tracking my sleep patterns, quality, and times awake and asleep, different stages of sleep etc... completely inaccurate recording and an inability to access any of the results until you upgrade to the premium expensive app! Yes, you must pay to get anything! So, stupidly you say yes, you try to then access all of this awaiting information... and there is none! You try to cancel and too late, it takes 3 days to supposedly ‘track’ your information and 3 days is the free period... what a coincidence!! Apple won’t be able to cancel on your behalf and the app developers will never respond to any request as all of these bad reviews attest to! But they have your money, what an excellent marketing strategy for the unethical people behind this app. Don’t buy - save your money!Show lessnaynay123123

I fell asleep on the five minutes of listening to it and I didn’t even make a sound!!! I used to fall asleep to actual music you listen to in the day or frosty snow foot steps and fall asleep in about 30 minutes to an hour so I really recommend this app worth purchasing!!letmein54321

Cancelled my subscription for the app and deleted the app from my phone, however a month after deleting the app 38 pounds have been taken out of my bank account for a 6month subscription which I have not signed up to. Would not recommend downloading or using if you do not want to pay for it.Katie7854

Whilst there’s some great sleep sounds etc I feel most people will be buying for the sleep audio recording function which simply doesn’t work well (if at all).
I trialled this as i have a very noisy cat who cries in the night and I wanted to see how much my sleep was disrupted. Several times she meowed enough to fully wake me yet nothing had been recorded. I thought at first it was a microphone sensitivity issue but believe me she is LOUD.
I can not recommend this App until these issues are resolved.Show lessBoo,thisSux

This product does not work and there is not way to unsubscribe! I’ve contacted everyone I can think of to get help and fix this issue, the instructions to unsubscribe do not work no one contacts you if you email them! And the subscription does not show up in your phone or anywhere! I rated 5 stars to hopefully prevent someone else from making a costly mistakeShow lessAdriMarie88
Avoid do not pay the money
The voice tracking part of the app does not work. I paid £39 for this app. I have asked Apple for a refund which was denied and I have contacted the apps owners several times and they have not replied. I don’t know how Apple can say an app the doesn’t work does not meet the criteria for a refund disgraceful!! This is definitely about buyer beware.Show lessdieting101
