Latest update introduces issues
The iPhone app looses the only know system
Each time you open or switch back to the app you have to re enter the ONLY saved system known to the app .. started since the latest update ๐

Works well
Works well; thought parts of interface clunky, always a slight lag when tapping, and could do with Aotearoa backgrounds.
Ok, but needs work
Does a basic job, but could do with a refresh and some new features like a timer function eg turn off after 1 hour
Non-user friendly. Doesnโt connect remotely.
App doesnโt log in remotely. Seems like a useless waste of money. This app and the touchpad really needs more updates.
Always keep getting authentication error even though the details are correct. Logs me in when it feels like.
Absolutely useless. So much so I am thinking of getting the company wifi module for mitsubishi now. This is ridiculous.

UI needs some work for usability
I would love to see some UI improvements, as itโs a bit janky at the moment:
1) Press, hold and left/right to increase/decrease temp or fan - it gets a bit cumbersome to change a fan from 0% up to x% multiple times on multiple zones. For example if the system has auto dropped the zone to 0% fan, I need to press the + sign literally 20 times to get to 100% ๐คทโโ๏ธ - another option would be a full width horizontal selector under the zone name, so you can in an instant go from 0% to what you need. Another idea would be a press and hold for fast change - eg I want to go from 0 to 100% so hold down the + for a few seconds to achieve this. After one second of pressing the fast change feature kicks in and quickly adjusts the value.
2) Feedback button to send a message with feedback directly in the app - will encourage users to give useful and relevant feedback to the developers. This might defer low ratings to a support submission instead ;)

Basic but Functional
This app is pretty basic but it does what you need. I would much prefer if the timer was a little more user friendly with more features. If you set the timer, thereโs no way of seeing how much time is left before your aircon turns off (or on). Is would also be nice to be able to set your zones with the on timer as well. Overall, the app works well.

Some functionality missing
This app should be able to push updates to the controller considering how many updates one has to do. 2 updates in a month. Or the panel should auto update.
Lagtastic
Overall the app is functional but itโs very very laggy and sporadically gets stuck in login loops. The time it takes to connect to a system is sometimes frustrating.
No longer works after upgrade
I just upgraded on my iPhone and iPad and it can no longer connect. It just seems to scroll through to another log on screen when I try to log on.
Solid, needs improved automation
It would be great if this app had the ability for conditional automation. For example each morning before I wake up, the system warms my bedroom if the temp is below a set threshold.
