Lag issue
When we first had our aircon installed the Airtouch4 app was quite responsive and logged in quickly.
The app works well however has lots of lag in recent versions.
It used to auto login when on the same wifi network. Now even when on the same wifi have to go to the saved system and manually log in each time the app is loaded.
Also recent versions seem to have a fair bit of lag.

Needs work
I love being able to control my a/c over the internet. However, the iPad version constantly hangs. Setting a program for 2 zones eg the bedrooms, it also includes whatever zones that were last enabled manually. Very annoying
Ignores temperatures set in programs
Nice interface overall. Unfortunately it ignores the temperature set in any scheduled programs that you create and just uses whatever temperature setting it last had.
Enjoying the multi room functionality
We’ve had the Airtouch 4 for 12 months. We enjoy the diversity of the multi room temp and fan speed controls. Though have found the latest update appears to override the individual room fan speed settings. Note we have a room dedicated to the spill function. Also found even after the set point, sensor and individual room temps have been reached the system continues running the heat.

Works well with Daikin ducted system
Had Airtouch4 system for several months now. Overall works well, ability to control temperature & airflow in the different zones, control the system remotely. All very handy, a nice addition to our ducted system.
