Excellent, so easy to use... nothing like the website!

This app is easy to use and navigate, everything is simple.
The only reason for taking 1 star away is that you can’t see pending transactions, if I’ve authorised a payment and want to see it/make an amend (or even just delete would do) it’s not visible unless I go into the main website.

Ads on Account Screen

Bankline is not free, the charges are at the high level for a bank. To then put an ad on the accounts screen for a card processing service is bad. The worst thing and what led to this review is when you close the ad a pop up asks if you want to be reminded about the ad or never see it again. It does not matter what you choose the ad is back next time. If you want to advertise make my bankline accounts free of charge or I am going to another bank.

App is fantastic but we need the ability to switch between Bankline accounts

The app is great and is working really well. With the planned updates coming soon it’s goi g to be a valuable tool for managing my business accounts but I also have a second Bankline login for a different business and short of having two handsets I can see no way of switching between accounts. This feature would be incredibly useful.

Was brilliant!

This app worked brilliantly and I used it multiple times a day using Touch ID to log in. Then the login process changed.... I tried to log in using my passwords, PIN and card reader and it repeatedly said they were wrong and locked me out of both the mobile and desktop accounts. Passwords reset... works fine on the desktop but again is telling me they are wrong for the app. I know cyber security is an issue and they have had to tighten up but being repeatedly locked out of your own accounts makes the app not fit for purpose.

Great App but needs to handle multiple Bankline Logins

App is getting better and better and I find myself using the app to make and approve payments most of the time.
Given this is aimed at larger scale business users who may have multiple accounts (instead of basic internet banking) it really needs to have the ability to access multiple Bankline logins. Currently I have to use my iPad for one and iPhone for the other. I don’t always carry the iPad so it is a real bind as it is currently. It is not helpful when the ‘Developer’ responds 6 months ago saying the feedback is great but then nothing is added. It can’t be that difficult to add the extra functionality.

Unfortunately sometimes it can take some time to develop these new features as there is a backlog of features that have been prioritised to be developed first. Bricks itself

This is a great app when it works but it’s got a bug. I’ve had to install it multiple times now as it keeps bricking itself. I use it fine for a few days logging out each time. Then the next time I try to log in I get a message saying my session has expired. Trying to get past this message just keeps looping back to the message again and I have to delete the app. Please fix this ASAP.

Brilliant app

This is a fantastic app. Can’t find anything to complain about. Just a request though. Can you pleas put the total account balance for those of us who have multiple accounts like we have on the desk top version

No log out crashes app plus still need desktop

The app is flawed in that you can’t cancel a payment only approve payments. I went on holiday with the “convenience” of app and did not take smart card. needed to cancel payment but could not do on app and no smart card. Ridiculous as can approve on app? could not cancel by ringing help desk or relationship manager .. please inform customers about stuff you can’t do instead of just what you can.
Also using i phone 10 get timed out and app crashes, or forget to go in settings and log out .. no visible icon so easy to forget. Have to reboot phone to sort.
if these niggles sorted would get 4.5 stars so hope someone listens ..

When going into the approve tab of the app and clicking on the payment, it should display the option to "approve" or "delete" the payment. When you click "delete" it will cancel the payment. Great but would like to be able to use across multiple business accounts

Great app but we have multiple businesses so would be really valuable if we could set different login codes relevant to each business as at present I can only accsss the app for one business on my phone which is not efficient for me. Could this be looked at in the next phase of development? So maybe logging in using user name and id of existing bankline and then verifying this is face or Touch ID? Really hope this is developed as the app is fantastic and I would really like to be able to fully utilise this for all the business accounts

Great App

Love the app, helps me keep an eye on the bank daily even when out of the office. Only issue is that payments aren’t always showing for me to authorise? We do 2nd authorisations and my colleague has text me this morning to authorise but the payment isn’t showing? Worked once when first released but not since?
