Excellent, so easy to use... nothing like the website!
The only reason for taking 1 star away is that you can’t see pending transactions, if I’ve authorised a payment and want to see it/make an amend (or even just delete would do) it’s not visible unless I go into the main website.

Great App but needs to handle multiple Bankline Logins
Given this is aimed at larger scale business users who may have multiple accounts (instead of basic internet banking) it really needs to have the ability to access multiple Bankline logins. Currently I have to use my iPad for one and iPhone for the other. I don’t always carry the iPad so it is a real bind as it is currently. It is not helpful when the ‘Developer’ responds 6 months ago saying the feedback is great but then nothing is added. It can’t be that difficult to add the extra functionality.

Hi Simon, sorry for any inconvenience this is causing you. This is something that is on our product backlog to improve. Unfortunately sometimes it can take some time to develop these new features as there is a backlog of features that have been prioritised to be developed first. No log out crashes app plus still need desktop
Also using i phone 10 get timed out and app crashes, or forget to go in settings and log out .. no visible icon so easy to forget. Have to reboot phone to sort.
if these niggles sorted would get 4.5 stars so hope someone listens ..

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear you were having problems. When going into the approve tab of the app and clicking on the payment, it should display the option to "approve" or "delete" the payment. When you click "delete" it will cancel the payment. In regards to the app crashing, we're sorry that this is happening to you. Please contact us at BanklineMobile@NatWest.com and we will try and resolve the issue for you.
