  • The best workout app!!

    Alexia Clark workout are particularly good for stay at home mums with more than 3 kids. Who doesn't know where to start and doesn't want to do burpees and jump rope all day. 😂 It's not for boring people. It's for someone who wants to push their mind and body to be the best version of themselves.
  • Easy to follow

    I love this app, Alexia has created an awesome way of working out, the built in timers within the rounds keep you in check and motivated. The fact that it can be adapted for home or the gym is genius and each exercise has a video snippet of the moves, full description and alternative to tailor it for your own ability. Just get it!!

  • Fantastic training experience

    I’m an experienced fitness person, and have done every kind of training. Now that I’m pushing 50, I want to be smart about how I train and remaining injury-free is at the top of my list. Alexia offers users a different workout every day, never boring! She mixes bands, body weight and dumbbells, always promoting good form and often with compound movement. I love that it challenges my focus, balance and intensity. Alexia truly cares about her clients and is always accessible for support or questions. We could not expect more for the very reasonable monthly price. Thank you so much Alexia for your incredible offering!

  • Best fitness app there is!

    I’ve been doing Alexia’s workouts for 4 years now. If you enjoy weights and hiit but you find simple jumping jacks and bicep curls just too plain and boring don’t hesitate. Alexia’s workouts will never disappoint you.
    I managed to have the best body at the age of 32, feeling stronger mentally and physically than ever. I never felt I was plateau because the workouts change everything day and you have various ways to make any exercise easier or harder. Having said that it’s quite challenging if you are a complete beginner but one can build strength gradually.
    App was just a bonus when it was launched and it works perfect!

  • I finally enjoy working out at home

    I was lucky enough that my gym was open during covid quarantine. I ran my first half marathon during covid and I wanted to take a break from the extreme cardio. After trying numerous apps, I finally found my home workout soulmate...Alexia! Super easy to follow, very challenging and I love that she gives alternates as well as home and gym workouts. Hands down the best money I’ve spent on my health in the past two years. And I super love that I don’t have to do any cardio! I’m not trying to lose weight, so the nutrition is way too low for my caloric needs, but I get ideas on what to eat from her meal plans. THANK YOU for sharing your passion, Alexia. You rock!

  • Highly Recommend - Cancel Your Gym

    Alexia Clark is unlike any other program and fitness plan app I’ve used!!! I’ve canceled my gym membership because this works so amazing at home. I’m so happy with the results in my strength, my discipline in my accountability with myself, and the online social support of queens!! Finally a program that works and is in sync with how my brain and body works!! It’s an amazing program please join us! You will not regret it at all! I’ve been working out at a gym since 2016 and started out doing my own thing. I was never an athlete and worked out for health but it has become a lifestyle for me. In 2017 to 2020 subscribed to a few highly popular fitness apps to guide my gym workouts. After trying multiple programs I went back to doing my own thing in 2020 because the apps were not user friendly, the nutrition advice was horrible, and the workouts were often repeated and got boring. Then Covid happened and I couldn’t go to the gym! While I considered going back to the other fitness program apps i tried before I decided not to because they just weren’t sustainable. This Alexia Clark app is the best decision I’ve made. It’s sustainable realistic works for all levels and just makes so much sense! I’ve been using it consistently and always look forward to it. I love it! Join!

  • Amazing effective workouts !

    Not for the week of heart these will challenge you in the best way possible. I'm 51 and was just noticing my shape was kind of shifting.I was working with a wonderful nutrition coach for other women who are in their 40s- 60s and she highly recommended HIIT training vs. my normal yoga & barre workouts. She had explained to me how we lose a lot of muscle as we age and although my weight on the scale was saying pretty much the same I wasn't pleased with my overall physique.
    I have now done 54 of Alexia's 30 -60 minute workouts and the results already are amazing. This is like the icing on the cake.
    I had cleaned up all processed foods and eliminated sugar and coffee with my first gal and am now ready to see where I can take my fitness.
    I always shied away from heavier weights worrying that I would look bulky- I like more of a dancers physique but wow was I wrong. I'm so glad I took this leap of faith I'm going to be a lifer!
    The community is super supportive on the Facebook page everyone is cheering you on the matter what age level or size you are and the workouts are super unique.
    One of the girls in the Facebook group told me to take a picture at the start and I'm so glad I listened to her because that is where I saw the difference as it is truly remarkable because the scale has stayed the same for me. I am of a average weight and didn't really need to lose weight per se but wanted to reshape & look leaner, more toned.

  • Amazing!!!

    Love all of the workouts Alexia is putting out each week. Easy to follow instructions and heaps of modification if you can not do certain exercises. Loving it!
