  • Love Alexia and her app!

    I love that the app shows you how to do each move along with a detailed description. I also really enjoy that she’s added a timer for the moves that are timed. So helpful to not have to go back and forth between the app and a timer app or having to set one on my Apple Watch. It’s also very motivating the “completed workout” button at the bottom. It makes me want to complete each day so I can get my crown! I’ve been happy to share this app with my friends. And lastly, you can’t beat her price either. 10/10

  • Love it so much I had to leave a review

    I just wanted to write a review for the people who are unsure or on the fence about joining AC &. I was obsessed with my local gym for 3+ years and always told myself that I would never be someone who would be able to follow an at-home or app-based program, even though I was a personal trainer at the time! When COVID hit and my gym closed temporarily, I knew I had no other option and had been following AC’s Instagram for a while for inspo. I was hesitant bc a lot of what she posts on IG seems very complex, but the app and daily workouts are quite easy to follow. With options for the beginner or the expert, anyone can hop on at any level and progress in many ways. The results I have seen and felt are amazing and I’ve not stepped foot in my gym in over a year - I’m talking results I never saw after years of exercise classes at the gym. The queen team, results and variety of exercises keep me extremely motivated and excited to work out. AC I also fairly accessible and personally responds to all emails/inquiries, she also tracks the FB page and always incorporates people suggestions regarding exercises / app issues. I just wish there was a way to track workouts daily whether we did the one from that day or not.

  • Best Fitness App and Program!!

    I’m a mom of two and I’ve struggled for YEARS to get back in shape. I’ve tried Orange Theory, CrossFit, you name it! Alexia Clark’s fitness app has been a game changer for me during quarantine. I look forward to getting up early every morning and completing the workout for the day. In a short 3 weeks, I’m already seeing the results I want. I can’t wait to see how much my body changes in a few months! The weekly meal list, directions, and grocery list have also helped me save money each week. Every workout is a challenge but formulated for real results if you commit to it 5 days a week. There’s a gym version of the daily workout and a home version. I do the home version 60 minutes (there’s a 30 minute variation). I love this app! It’s allowed me to change my daily routine, get up early, start the day off right, and is changing my lifestyle and eating habits. Highly recommend!!!

  • You need this app

    I am not a person who really reviews apps but this one I have to say I absolutely love. Each day you get a different workout. You can choose a 30 or 60 minute workout each day. There are video clips to show you what the workouts look like as well as written instructions. Each workout is different and you don’t need much more than a few free weights and or exercise bands. I have tried a couple of workout apps but this is the only one I can say I can use as a beginner. Even if you go on vacation these workouts can be done anytime anywhere. Other workout apps I just found to hard or for super experienced people. This one starts with fundamentals but can be challenging to everyone. I love this app.

  • Makes being healthy easy!

    Alexia’s workouts are so easy to follow. It’s amazingly organized so you don’t have to go in and out of pages like other workout apps. Has a timer so you don’t need a timer app. It’s all there. The food is soo good. She has the best and easiest recipes. I’ve tried almost everything and her app is by far the best I’ve done. I love it!! I only wish that she’d sell a recipe book or a poster i can hang on the pantry door haha, so my kids can pick what they want to eat and I can make it for them.

  • Definitely a game changer

    Alexia has organized her app to be the most efficient I’ve discovered. I wanted to join for years and kept telling myself I could do it on my own. Her app has exceeded all of my expectations. I look forward to each workout and can tailor my time 30 or 60 mins, her meal plan is delicious and so easy to follow & our older kids sometimes do the workouts with me! I am extremely grateful for Alexia’s emails, shopping lists & encouragement along the way. This will be the best season of my life thanks to her. - 40 year old mom of four

  • Favourite home training program!!

    Amazing program that is interesting and fresh every day!
    Highly recommend to anyone looking to work out in the comfort of their own homes!
  • The interface get frozen when select alternate exercises

    - frozen captions (gift animations) when selecting alternate options
    - the timer stop counting when use the app in the background
    - during the time-based exercises, if accidentally press the “next” exercise option, the counter, doesn’t not account for the “additional time” to live to the next exercise

  • Almost perfect!

    I’ll start by saying I absolutely love the workouts she provides! It’s never boring and always brings the burn! The only thing that would make this app perfect would be the ability to swap/change meals for the week. I love the recipes and how simple they are to make but would love to customize if I’m not feeling a recipe or for meal prep reason. That way I would have a correct and updated shopping list to go by for that week. Also would be an added bonus if it calculated your macros automatically for the meals you have chosen for the day. Sometime I’ll add them all up myself by looking at the info provided for each meal. A progress tracker would be great too! Still love the app but would be awesome to have it all in one place!

  • The most SEAMLESS and MOTIVATING workout app

    I have been contemplating for a year to get my workout in with ALEXIA. I regretted it on the first day as I felt defeated as I could not finish every workout. Continued daily workout for two weeks changed everything. Never a boring day. Also, my stamina picked up so much that I could complete all the circuit now! This app is truly a joy to use too. Love it’s minimalistic design without all the faff
