    Easy to use, timed workouts run through with no extra input needed & numbered workouts you tap through, all exercises have a video & written explanation! Just great!

    Amazing workouts! I’ve been a gym bum for over 28 yrs and doing free weights for most of that time. I started getting tips on different workouts from Alexia’s Instagram account and worked them in consistently into my own routines. Once Covid hit and my gym closed, I found myself needing something that would motivate me enough to want to workout at home...something I never did and hated the thought of doing. If it wasn’t the gym, it was nothing. Once I signed up for the app, I was hooked! I turned 50 in January 2020 and I am more fit then ever before and have seen definition in my legs that I hadn’t ever gotten from the gym. I have been told by several of my friends and family that I am at my fittest. Thankful for this app!

  • Absolutely Love this App!

    Absolutely Love this App! Easy to use, I love that you can choose to do the workout at home or at the gym. I really love that she shows you how to do each the exercises with correct form. And also gives you an alternative for each one. The workouts are always new & switching up, Plus each month there is a new challenge! Each morning when I wake up I’m excited to see what the workout is for the day! Another plus is there is a nutrition section you can follow or help give you ideas for meals! Oh! And if you ever have any questions she gets back to you very quickly, which is so awesome! Also there is a private FB page, and the ladies are so supportive!! And last but not least there is a referral program!

  • Just wow

    I’ve been using another fitness app for a few months nothing like this. The previous app basically input what equipment you have and it generates a workout. This one ? Wow I just did my first workout today and burned way more calories and worked up such a sweat. This app is awesome. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the nutrition is a bit lame. Like the same meal for lunch and dinner. And some of the stuff is not your normal stuff either. That aside if I was rating just the workouts it would be 5. I was super excited to work out today and this made me feel like I was working and had fun doing it too. I love it and can’t wait til tomorrow !

  • Alexia is amazing her biz team not so much

    The team who handles the app’s business is petty and the “mean team.” I have been on an email thread with them wondering why my canceled since April account is still withdrawing money from my bank? I only found out because I got a new credit card and it emailed me to update my card info. While I must admit I haven’t exactly been on top of it to not notice the charges going out, but I use that card a LOT. Though I’ve requested a refund and cancellation, I received nothing back but to add insult to injury, I just got a new email asking me to update card info.

    I’ve followed and worked out with Alexia on IG for years pre-blowing up and app. So this has NOTHING to do with her or workouts. So good and effective. Just caveat emptor is all. It soured her brand for me.

  • Get 👏🏻 Ya 👏🏻 Some 👏🏻 of 👏🏻 This!

    This app is amazing! The workouts are challenging but can easily be tailored to where You are in your fitness level (which, for me, is very much beginner!). I love that it is not your typical exercise video that has been pre-recorded and gives fake motivation. The workouts are very straight forward and the fact that Alexia releases them day by day makes it NOT feeling overwhelming or like you have a mountain in front of you to climb. This is the first time I have ever enjoyed fitness and is something I feel like I can accomplish and be just as confident in as someone who has mastered CrossFit.

  • Alexia is my trainer

    I am a Mother of two kids, i use to have a very good body , almost no need to exercise at all, but when you have kids your body change and your shape too. Thanks to a friend a got on the Alexia intagram account almost 2 years ago, then i decided to move to the training program app, and I have workout with this program during this two years, it have been amazing. I try to keep up my training but sometimes i havent been so continuously in the program , but i have started again i feel this time i will achieve what i did the first time i began . With the pandemic Alexia App have been definitely the greates app program for me, my sister and Mom . Thanks so much for doing such a great work . I feel part of the queen team .

  • THE WORKOUT APP

    I’ve been using the Alexia Clark app for about seven months now
    I love the way that app presents each exercise with a description, a video demonstration and an alternate exercise.
    The workouts are challenging but also allow for the ability to modify each exercise making them perfect for all fitness levels.
    Unlike other exercise video program, where you only have a few seconds to figure out the move before they move onto the next one so you’re not feeling like you’re getting the full workout in , this one can be done at your own pace and your fitness level

  • Needs massive improvement to keep pace with other products/brands

    Updating my review as I recently cancelled my membership after a year or so as honestly, I just got bored with the content.
    I think there are now so many amazing products available offering much better value for money with full instructor led workout videos that are multi discipline (strength, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, boxing etc etc) plus nutrition for a lower monthly fee.

    The thing that sets Alexia Clarke aside is her #queenteam community. She has done a brilliant job on that but I think her product is lagging behind the competitors now.

    Original review: I love that the workouts are resistance based. The app is great it would be good if the videos were hidden so you can click on them only if you need to see - that way you could view almost the entire workout at once and plan what weights you need for the whole workout. I think there are definitely improvements that could be made to her app and website from a user perspective but this is a massive improvement from her first website which was very amateurish.

  • The best fitness app

    I’ve been using Alexia’s app for two years and can’t say enough good things. It’s fun. Never the same workout so you don’t get bored. And you will see changes along with a healthy diet. If you’re new to training get your form checked with a PT then use this app !
