  • Personal trainer without being on their schedule..yes please!

    I used to run half marathons on a regular basis and was a student of cross fit as well as have had a personal trainer on occasion. Due to injuries and life, I stopped working out. This is the first time in years I have found something I have consistently done. It truly is like having my own coach. The workouts are different everyday and easily adaptable if you do have injuries to suit your own needs. I am excited to see where I will be in a few months.

  • Outstanding!

    I initially signed up for Alexia’s program in 2019 after following her mini circuits on Instagram for a year and truthfully, the program exceeded all of my expectations. Her workouts are dynamic , adaptable, and I find I’m challenged every day! Even with the 30 minute option, I still feel accomplished and a mood boost for having put in the effort. She’s the best kind of motivator and reminds her followers how important it is to make exercise and working out a habit. Her app has only enhanced my enjoyment of her program, with features like a built in timer, demonstrations of all exercises, a great layout. Highly recommend!

  • Much improved app. great program

    Let me say as an ancient, partially rebuilt beginner, the app and program are easy to use and adapt. Good program to build back from zero. I do sometimes have to look for adaptations, but that’s any program…and now that she’s added muscle group info, making those changes is easier. I like the change in the app where you can see her more clearly in a larger format. It’s great her team have revamped the app so warm up and cool down are available. The menus are pretty tasty.

  • ALEXIA IS THE BEST!!!

    Great app and coaching all with alternative exercises so you can gain strength and improve cardio all at your own pace. There are always 5 circuits and it never gets boring! You can save your favorite workouts and there are travel workouts that make it easy to get in a quick workout with bands and body weight or if you have gym access while traveling you can choose to do a quick 30 min 2 circuit workout. You will shed fat and gain muscle! The meal plan is perfect! So delicious and easy to make with options for vegetarians. The meals and portions are plenty and everything is so flavorful and delicious. Alexia is always available for any questions you may have or if you need help. She also makes it easy to stop and start your subscription. But you will not want to stop because YOU WILL SEE REAL RESULTS and YOU WILL FEEL AMAZING!!! TRY IT! YOU WILL LOVE IT!

    At around noon each day a new workout drops and it is like Christmas morning! Each day I look forward to seeing what Alexia has in store for us:) The Alexia Clark app is amazing!! It is user friendly, has a home and gym version, exercise details written out along with a demonstration video plus exercise alternatives. When I travel it has mini band workouts that are effective and can be done anywhere. The newest features are a built in timer and the user can not only favor a workout but also a meal on the meal plan- it makes it sooo much easier to find a recipe on the weekend or if I want a substitute. Hitting the “workout complete” button is extremely satisfying and motivating! I have been a Queenteam member for 2-1/2 years- there is no better app out there!

  • Great workout app

    I’ve been using this app since the beginning of the year and I love the variety. Every day there’s a completely new workout and you have the option of home or gym, 30 or 60 minutes. If you like strength training and variety, you’ll love this app. I like the built in timer for each circuit, the warm up and cool downs and the fact you can go back to any previous workouts. There’s also travel workouts and a monthly challenge every month. I’ve taken one star off because the app does glitch and crash occasionally.

  • Amazing workout app - no additional cardio needed

    I’ve been working out for about 4/5 years now. I used to have a personal trainer at the gym. I started following these workouts at home with minimal equipemnt during the pandemic and honestly, I’m never going back to the gym. This app has it all: daily workouts that constantly change, making things exciting every day. On top of that, you won’t need to add cardio to your routine - this app includes cardio exercises within each workout. And that’s honestly the best things ever - especially if you’re like me and absolutely hate cardio :)

  • Great workouts but app could be more phone friendly

    I love the workouts but I think the app could be better for use on a phone. It’s hard to read the pink writing that has reps and the videos could do with being bigger (I have old eyes). It would also be great if there was a voice over telling you what the next exercise is so you don’t have to keep squinting at your phone to see.
