  • Any Woman Can Do It

    This is my second time using Alexia Clark as a workout mentor.
    Now a mother of 4 and 40 years young. I needed a jump back in start. I came back to Alexia Clark due to her personal response to my question one time. I believe that is the utmost respect a now popular trainer can give to a follower.
    I enjoy working out in my home, the app is easy to follow and I can work around my young and older children. I truly been enjoying also following the nutrition plan as well. The food is delicious and I love it.
    Overall it has been a great balance. I wake up excited to workout and make sure I complete each day. I push myself to get back in shape after my last baby who is 9 months old. I truly feel Alexia Clark is true to herself, her workouts and advice training. She isn’t just posting goofy social media to appeal to the rest. Alexia Clark is one of a kind and down to true fitness! Love that she also doe’s Jujitsu. #womanstrength Keep up the hard work! #QueenTeam

  • Great app

    The app is great, it’s easy to navigate. It’s very easy to just click go and do the workouts. There’s a video and a description of what to do and alternative exercises if the exercise is too difficult. You can go back to any days that your subscription includes. I don’t follow the nutrition section but you can also follow Alexia’s recommended diet. I think one improvement could be to show which muscle areas you’re working out.

  • Amazing workout app!

    I love using Alexia’s app, and I’ve used a few. The timer being included for the whole circuit or individual workouts is a big win! The days workout is set out clearly & the videos for each workout being with the workout is great. Plus the favourite & complete buttons help & you can easily swop between home & gym workout depending on the equipment you have!

  • Queen Team forever

    Love Alexia Clark’s workouts. Been with her for almost 4 years and will never try another program again. Workouts can be as easy or as hard as you want them, but they are never boring. When I say easy, you will still be breaking a sweat. Moves are challenging and use more than just large muscle groups. Mom of two, so I appreciate that I can just hit two circuits and still feel accomplished or when I get more time I can really get it in with all the circuits. Seeing same results with two circuits or all five, is a win for me. The additional bonus of food ideas is great for those weeks when I can’t think of anything besides the piles of laundry I need to accomplish.

  • Never Again!

    The program that this app offers is incredible! I used Alexia Clark’s app when I was started getting back into working out after my first baby. I loved the variety of workouts she provided, the nutrition plan as well as the amazing queen team community. After having my 2nd baby, I tried a different workout app for free to see if I wanted to change it up at all. NOPE! I am back to Alexia’s program, and I’m not going back! This program gives me everything I want, the ability to change between gym & home workouts, and never fails to give the results I’m looking for!

  • Excellent workouts and nutrition plans!

    I moved to Alexia’s program when my previous online trainer quit. At the time I was disappointed, but the Universe had better plans for me! Alexia’s workouts are smartly constructed for ~30-60 minutes, easy to follow at home or in the gym, and she’s super accessible! My strength training form has improved from her videos and focused muscles to target, I am stronger overall with more endurance as a result of the built in cardio. Alexia also includes a nutrition plan that is easy to follow with real ingredients and recipes that taste delicious! Go Queenteam!

  • Behind times

    If you used other good fitness apps you’d recognize this one as lagging behind some. The exercises just show up and not on their date-but ahead of time. Today is the 19th-when I open app it automatically opens the 20th so I need to go back and find the 19th. You can see alternate exercises but you can’t just swap them out and follow reps and record weight like for example in Lauren Simpsons app. There is no instruction on rest times within the circuits. I signed up as part of a challenge that begins today but there is nothing in regards to that in the app at all. And the nutrition side-no swap outs, just auto takes you to “this is it for you.” No custom calorie counts etc. and the menu and shopping list are Loooong. Sorry-that’s too much work and too many little things to get that I don’t even know if I will like or use in the future if there are leftovers. It’s more like a whole cookbook just for one week.

    Having followed Alexia’s programme for 3 1/2 years I’ve seen her platform evolve from website to app and now a further app upgrade. One thing has remained constant throughout: an amazing programme which now also offers a meal plan and and easy to follow app. Literally all you need to kickstart your fitness journey in your pocket. I highly recommend, it’s transformed my view of fitness 👑

  • Alexia’s Workouts

    As a certified fitness instructor, I thoroughly enjoy Alexia’s workouts - the various formats, challenges and constantly changing focus that keeps you engaged and your muscles guessing!! As a member for over a year, I’ve personally seen tremendous physical changes using this program and highly recommend it to all. It’s very adaptable to your own abilities and location-home, gym, travel, beginner to advanced, Alexia has created a quality program that everyone can benefit from and really enjoy!! Love it!!

  • Why I won’t go back

    1- NEVER used Meal plans they don’t account for allergies or good meals.
    2- Used this program on and off for a few years. I had 2 major injuries in which my doctor prohibited me from working out till I finished physical therapy and occupational therapy, I was planning on restarting. I canceled through the app for that period, but still got charged. I emailed them and they said because I had signed up through the website this time, and the membership wasn’t canceled even though the app membership was. They email you consistently and with the click of the button you would think all was linked through the app. They never refunded me and that’s bad customer service. Left a bad taste in my mouth, since I’ve been devoted for years. So I’ll be using someone else’s workouts going forward.
