Best money ive ever spent!
This service is worth every penny. You can contact a pediatrician 24/7 they are very responsive and helpful. My son has had several ear infections or other illnesses and of course symptoms start at night or on the weekends. Being able to get an appointment within 30 mins of requesting and getting prescriptions called in if needed without having to wait days for an appointment at the pediatricians office is invaluable. Not to mention you can text a question you have at any time. Even using this service once more than pays for itself!! This service rocks. Even though there are some quirks with the new app, I still love it 1000%

Great Supplement For People With High Deductible Insurance Plan
I am so grateful for these doctors. It has helped my family save so much money. Kids of course get sick all the time and I was spending so much on sick visits. Now I first check in with Blueberry to see if an in person visit to our pediatrician is necessary. It’s also nice having that on call doctor since although I love our pediatrician’s office they aren’t the best at returning urgent calls after hours.Show lessSoSmiley

First time mom with an infant and this is the best! I constantly have questions and usually know everything’s fine but it’s so nice to just send a quick chat message and get a response back for reassurance. Would recommend to everyone!Tiffiany
Waste of money
Provides no actual value. I’ve had this app for over two months. I’ve contacted their doctors numerous times for an ear infection. They won’t write the prescription because their ortoscope is terrible and have the worst quality.
Each time I’ve had to go to the urgent care to get a prescription for his ear infections.

So worth it
This is SO worth the monthly payment to have peace of mind and be able to get quick care 24/7 without having to wait for my pediatrician to call me back, or take my baby to the doctors office with all the sick kids there. So helpful for things like rashes that I can send a picture of or general quick questions that I wouldn’t typically want to bother calling the pediatrician for. Love all the doctors here! Multiple misdiagnosis

Awful experience
I contacted Blueberry because my baby had some skin irritation on a Sunday and I wanted to know what I could do to make her more comfortable. I expected to hear something about cleansing the area or dressing her in different clothes for a day.
The Blueberry doctor told me my infant had a potentially life-threatening infection and needed to go to the ER immediately, where I should expect her to be admitted to the hospital for several days of IV antibiotics. Cue total panic. Thank goodness I called the actual pediatrician after-hours before taking the Blueberry doctor’s advice! It was normal, benign swelling that went away on its own overnight. I cannot imagine the horror of the situation that would have ensued if I had taken the Blueberry doctor at her word. My baby could have been unnecessarily exposed to all the pathogens in an emergency room, separated from her family and treated with antibiotics for no reason. I would probably be starting my life as a parent with tens of thousands in unnecessary medical debt.
I understand being extra concerned about a baby, but this was a terrifying overreaction to a totally normal situation. I canceled my membership. I have no confidence in this service’s ability to provide advice or a diagnosis for my child. I guess all these five star reviews are from people with older children or something. Disappointed
I really thought this was a great idea but sadly not all great idea work like planned. According to the doctors children get colds that should last about 2 weeks. At the end of the two weeks there will be two to three days that your child feels better, then they will be sick with another cold. Of which you will receive the friendly reminder that colds are a virus and there’s nothing you can do for a virus. So give your child some honey and try some steam for the next two weeks and it’s fine. Also children only get sick from viruses.Show lessJava Krazy

First time Momma here, with an almost 2 year old who’s never been sick (thanks to Covid). Of course our first time being sick started at 8 pm. I’d downloaded Blueberry a month ago after switching pediatricians because they didn’t have urgent care and wanted a backup, boy am I glad I did that! When my sons’s fever spiked they called within a few minutes with what to give him and how much. And the chat feature to ask other questions later was so helpful!
