Not yet a ‘fitness’ app
That’s not my biggest concern, though. For an app that is ostensibly for the purpose of fitness training, it is clearly lacking. This is a narrowly capable body-building app for now, which is not what I want. It has no warm-up or stretch exercises; it just launches you into weight lifting from the moment you press start. More importantly, it is completely silent on cardiac health, which is at the core of fitness. There is no opportunity to propose or monitor exercises related to cardiac health, and no heart rate targets.
On a slightly different subject, there’s little to nothing in the way of stability and balance training. That’s a big part of health for older people in particular.
Overall, the AI tools do an ‘okay’ job of mapping workouts for the goal of strength and bodybuilding. I know that lots of people have those as their sole goal, but if fitness is your goal, FitnessAI does not have you covered.

Unstable app
1. Even if you finish your workout and if you sync this app with apple fitness, then good luck with Fitness AI screwing up your health states. Sometimes the app won’t finish the workout even after ending the exercise session.
2. Sometimes the session will be submitted multiple times to apple which means your move and exercise rings are submitted multiple times.
3. That’s not all even if you kill the app but apple watch version is running and if you try to kill that, the watch will submit another session to apple fitness.
4. The contact us in the app button doesn’t even click.

Only slight problem I personally have is the lack of forearm workouts. And other minor things like different variants of specific workouts and alternatives.
