Its just OK…
Nebula OK. Video quality is very good, although content load times are slower. Mainly it is great for the creators (and viewers I suppose) as they can include content that mainstream platforms won’t accept. But there appears to be no vehicle for comments for feedback and discussion, and questions to the creators on a given video topic - I can’t see such on my iPad, anyway. Commenting is a key component of the mainstream platforms. I’ll go comment there. But why should I have to do that when it could be enabled here?Show lesswatsontcbc

app feels smooth but still not very usable, lags, not much search options.

No longer plays in background
Until recently I regularly used nebula as audio only by starting a video and turning off my phone screen to do housework etc, in a recent update it seems this feature has been disabled, the video stops when backgrounded, rendering the app useless for what I use it for most.Anthillape
Needs Chromecast Support
It feels like the app is about 70% complete. I've seen posts from over a year ago asking for Chromecast support for iOS, but no luck. No way to browse for other videos while one is playing, load times for videos are surprisingly slow, it all just feels, not quite right.Gary_The_Cat
Useless
First launch of the app just displays a login screen with no information as to what login information is required or how to create a logon for the app. Not even a preview of the content. At least offer Sign In with Apple to get new users past this blank wall that offers no insight into what the app has to offer.

Good but Unpolished
I love the look and feel so far and the content is laid out in a very intuitive manner, but seems incapable of streaming at the moment. I open a video and it wont play, I have to download the entire video to get it to play. Tried on several channels and vidoes, both on wifi and on cellular. I reset the app in the multitasking manager and started it fresh and the problem persists. This is on the iphone 12.Show lesscamperslayaX

Great, but also awful
So here’s the thing. Nebula the SERVICE is easily 5 stars. A fantastic product at a fantastic price. I would easily recommend to anyone. Nebula the APP is absolutely 1-2 stars. It’s a terrible app. There’s no PIP. The app frequently hangs. It regularly refuses to update. Sometimes videos will vanish from parts of the app you know they were previously located.
To summarize: Nebula, please fix your app. It’s hard to enjoy your fantastic service when you make it so difficult to access.Show lessSpidermanAPV
