The app works fine on iphone but quit working on ipad. WD refers support questions to Micro Center support who just leaves you on hold/ignore after you refer your problem to ReadyView. It’s a shame as it was a good system.Does not deserve a star
can't log in. Always says incorrect password and then randomly works. Don't use this JunkZoom in time out
Always having trouble with the system whenever I try to zoom in it freezes and I have to close the app. Also very slow when using hdApp won’t work with IOS 15.1 on IPad
App worked great on iPad until I updated to IOS 15.1. If you start the app with the IPad landscape the screen turns white and locks up, if you start the app with the screen portrait the app gets stuck with a “logging on” message.I advise against update to 1.2.1
App version 1.2.1 doesn’t work - if you have the older version I would not update it. WD tech support sends you to partner Microcenter. I hope that they fix it soon.Issues

I cannot log into my account to view my cameras! Since the latest update all I get is a white screen, or a continuous “logging in” screen. I tried uninstalling the app, restarting my iPad, restarting my camera system and making sure My device is up to date.please fix!
