  • Can’t get past the first page!

    Hello!

    Would love to be able to rate your app but I cannot get past the first page! The keyboard is stuck at the bottom 🙃. Please can someone let me know how to reach you guys or if there’s a fix for this!? Thanks,

    Janessa and Monet my fitness coaches has really helped me with my eating habits and has recommended me alternative workouts and meal plans to help with my busy lifestyle of being a working mom of two! I have struggled with my weight and postpartum anxiety and depression for years and decided to finally make a step and sign up for the app. It’s honestly the best thing I’ve ever done for my health because I have been feeling less stressed with what workouts or figuring out a meal plan every week. I also love the community on the app and how we lift and give support to all woman struggling with the same issues. I highly recommend the app to anyone who needs that push!! 💕💕💕

  • Lenus/blissmode

    Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews for this app before I signed up with blissmode fitness. The app itself is not hard to use but it is a real pain to cancel. As soon as you email blissmode to cancel, they ghost you. I finally got a reply saying my last payment would be July 29th but then I was charged again on august 29. There is no way to cancel in the app so it’s up to whoever you sign up with to take care of for you. Sounds like a bunch of fitness “professionals” use this app to scam people…

  • annoyed!

    i am getting really annoyed at this app, i have tried logging in with my email yet it says it’s incorrect even when its right ive even tried 3 other emails all correct and it does not work!!!
    it keeps continuing to say how its invalid when it isnt??
    PLEASE SORT THIS OUT!
  • Use is great; leaving is impossible

    I signed up with a coach for a few months. Than I wanted out for personal reasons. Sent emails to the coach and was told I wouldn't be charged anymore. Its been almost THREE MONTHS and still being charged. The coach has told Lenus that he doesn't have access to my account anymore. While LENUS keeps charging me without me using the service. I have tried to contact them to no avail. Maybe putting this review will get some traction. This app is a nightmare. Be warned.

  • New to app

    App for coach interface in general is good but I do think it should have a MyFitnessPal and Apple Watch integration, it only has the Apple health integration so it does track steps and but not directly from my Apple Watch so it’s a bit of long way round for a short cut.

    I also have to keep going to my phone to track my session and weights, which is difficult with the signal is poor at my local gym. It would be better if I could do this on my watch.

    Also it would be handy to edit chat content if you make a mistake or be able to download some of the information out of the chat.

  • Too Much

    All the exercises that they give you are for free online/youtube. Don’t pay 300 bucks a month for this APP. It’s a waste. Little progress and no results.

  • App is great but continuously crashes

    The app is great and has some great features. However, it continuously crashes which lets the app down. There is also no way to stop this and you have to wait it out until it decides to work again. Other than that if it did not crash then it would have great potential.

  • BEWARE!!!

    Whatever you do just make sure whoever the coach that you signed up with is legit. The coach I signed up with advertised it as a 12week program for $89 then once you sign up and pay you find out it’s $89/month that isn’t told to you before putting in your card info. I’ve tried contacting her and yet I still haven’t gotten a response and the only people on the app you can contact is technical support who can’t do anything to help you. I’ve been trying to cancel my account but no one will get back with me and I refuse to have my card charged $89/month for a service that isn’t even being provided. Take caution with this app the only one who can help you cancel your account is your coach.

  • It’s okay…needs smartwatch integration

    I like this app so far, but it’s frustrating that it doesn’t have the capacity to integrate with my smartwatch. It interferes with my workout flow because I have to stop and complete workouts using my phone.
