The app starts with a cryptic error about needing to re-register. I have no idea what it’s talking about. The only options are to fix it or login. “We are unable to find an account with that criteria.” Update: The developer thinks I’m their secretary, and has no interest in fixing their app. UFB would like to paste from iTunes. “We are unable to find an account with that criteria.” This page has an error. I like it. However, the transaction processes are very slow, Like takes about 2-3 weeks at least to show up in the account. Also, difficult to track interest percentage amounts. In addition to that, do not like the online chat AI here when compared to other online banking systems. Never got assistance from humans other than robo…🤖

The app has all the details and options I need at my fingertips. I especially like that I can see how much interest I’ve accrued on a daily basis, how much I’ve earned YTD, and how much I earned last year.
