Good company. Glitchy app.

Love Sweetwater. I use them religiously for online purchases. But this app has some glaring issues. My biggest issues come from the app ‘crashing’ in the middle of use. For example, I’ll open the page to an item and want to open the pictures in the format where I can see them full screen. This only works about 20% of the time. The rest of the time the app completely glitches out and becomes useless and I have to fully restart everything. And even then half the functions don’t work even after a reboot. This glitching out that crashes the entire app happens nearly every time I open the app, in some capacity or another.

Sweetwater is nearly 10/10. The app should match that.

Auth and performance issues make this app unusable

I’m a loyal Sweetwater customer, but this app is unusable. I think I’ve only signed in to my Sweetwater account successfully ONE time in the past 6 months. Otherwise, I get stuck in a loop of entering my credentials and then being prompted to sign in again. This happens regardless of what method I try - username/password, passkey with Face ID, Sign In With Google. When browsing without signing in, pages take minutes to load and sometimes do not load at all. I keep hoping this will improve, but I’m ready to uninstall and quit wasting my time.

Amazing customer service

I love Sweetwater it’s the best place to order anything for you and your instrument. On top of that they have some of the best deals for you and specifically for what you play. My time with ordering from Sweetwater has been the best always calling to thank you for your purchase, and to ask how you like your purchase after it has arrived. Overall I give Sweetwater a 10/10. Really grateful that I found this place to order all my new drum gear.

I have to say Sweetwater’s customer service is pretty stellar, they call to make sure your purchase is exactly what you wanted, it arrived in great shape, I’ve found their pricing to be better than the competition most every time! Best online music store, app has an issue

Everybody knows Sweetwater. Customer service is always on point and items ship fast. The app has a problem where I have had to constantly press and hold a button to prove I am not a bot. Im logged into my account, shipping to my address with same payment method as always. Im not on home wifi but cellular. I have never had such a problem trying to give a business money. Went through this like 5 times, closed and opened app.
