Works fine, but users should stay logged in

This app works well, but my biggest issue is constantly having to log in - this happens when upon navigation to different parts of the application and when viewing my account information. It’s incredibly frustrating to the point where half the time I’d rather use the website instead. If this one issue can be fixed, this app will be 2 times better.

Small errors

Great app, use it all the time. Easy to use and navigate, save favorites, and get info on new gear, great staff too.

One small annoyance is that the shopping cart review page is basically unusable. It won’t let you scroll up or down. It’s constantly stuck. Sometimes breaks free and you scroll, but goes right back to being stuck again. Fix please?

Not great

The app works, but I have to sign in multiple times to make a purchase; once when I open the app and again when I hit the “place order” button. It would be nice for the app to keep me logged in like most other retailer apps. It’s annoying that my favorite music shop’s app is less than it could/should be.

Better than browser. Integrated payment.

I find it works better than browser versions that occasionally struggle with scrolling. That said, it's basically a stable browser version. Which works for me.

Sort of Buggy

I love Sweetwater, but the app drives me nuts. When I click on a demo video it plays it but then takes me back to the home screen instead of what I had pulled up on the search bar. Little things like this happen often enough to where I rarely have the patience to use the app.

Feels Outdated

The app works fine and there’s no major glitches or anything that prohibit any vital functionality. However, the app just generally has a sort of “outdated” feel to it; it really doesn’t offer much better functionality than the mobile web browser version does, which is typically the main point of retailer apps like this. For example, I don’t stay signed in on the sweetwater app, which is one of the basic functions you expect from the app version of the website. And there’s just overall a bunch of minor, yet very annoying bugs and the General feel of the app just needs to be smoothed out.

Painstaking lag using app

Well, who want excited when Sweetwater finally came up with an app?!? Anyway, that's all great and what you'd expect, however, way too much lag and slow to navigate. No, it isn't my phone or service. Selections, searching, etc are very slow to respond, so you think "maybe I didn't press it" so you press it again, now the app goes double what you wanted, or backs out of search. No Fun! Why use it if you have to go SLOW with every "keystroke"

Works ok but 1 major flaw for me...

Overall function could use some smoothing out. I know that’s general but my main concern is the credit app. It won’t finalize and I’ve tried multiple times. I know the “continue” button works because if I miss a required field it will let me know when I click continue. It’s when all fields are filled, clicking continue does nothing. I’ve tried restarting the app, phone, on/off wifi, and nothing works. My compulsive urge to get a sweetwater card is burning out. I don’t want to call a rep and I don’t want to use the desktop site. Fix the app

Needs a lot of improvement

Looking at product videos tends to cause the app to crash. If the app doesn’t crash after looking at a product video it doesn’t save my search. I have to re-search the product(s) I was looking for, its very annoying. Why can’t I just hit the back button to go back to my search result page? Do you guys test the app or just trust your developer?

Really?!?

Love Sweetwater, I usually end up buying a majority of gear from them online! But I always wondered why the didn’t have a dedicated app like their competitors, plus they never advertised the app on their website! Now I know why, the developers must be still working out the bugs! I’m sure in a few months it’ll be working, but for now I have to keep proving I’m “not a robot”! I hope the developers aren’t in-house because that’s a black eye against the amazing people who work over at Sweetwater! I’ll keep it on my iPhone because I love Sweetwater, but for now, stick to your browser, Kirk OUT!!
