Awful would be an understatement!!!
Let Me start out by saying Sweetwater has great Prices and great Gear. The problem is not the Merchandise but the fact that the Customer Service Agents are Useless and liars. I had 2 People aka Reps tell Me My Order was modified before it shipped out and My order total would be adjusted. That however is not true because the Items I ordered by mistake for a Friend were not removed from the Package before shipping out and so therefore the order total was not adjusted. My Friend mistakenly gave Me an outdated list of Drum gear and not the updated one and the 2nd after I placed the order I had realized My Friend already had 3 of the Items I had ordered. I tried reaching out by phone and Email etc and got no help just a bunch of useless incompetent waste of my time Reps that just lie to You about modifying a dang order. I will never order from that awful Company again. My Sister and I both share an apple Account so this is Michelle leaving the reviews. SMDH

Website is easier
The app doesn’t save account login information, and with no FaceID function yet, you have to reenter your password to access wishlists or carts. Going to the website via Google app all login information is saved and the functions are the same.
Not bad... but
Overall I think Sweetwater is a great company and all of their representatives are a breath of fresh air to deal with. The app is great and seams like an app version of the website. There are only 2 issues that bother me. At times it seem to take a while to load pages. That may be a service or WiFi issue on my end that conveniently only happens when I use the Sweetwater app. The other issue (this one is super annoying) is when I watch any of the video demos, the home page reloads at the end instead of the product page. So then I have to find the item again. If you guys could fix that, that would be great.

Occasional Bugs
As noted previously, there's that constant prompting to log in. I think that might just be more of a security thing, but it could very well just be a bug. The other issue I've noticed is that hitting the Back button or closing out of a product video will return you to the Home page instead of where you left off. That gets frustrating because you have to continually re-navigate to where you were. There's also the cart scrolling issue. It's probably best to just use the website. It seems they haven't updated this in quite some time.

How to semi-fix cart scrolling issues
Theo only problem I have with this app is the cart because it doesn’t let me scroll but I found a way to fix it. Each time you go in your cart rotate your phone 90 degrees to the left so it’s horizontal then bring it back up to vertical and you can scroll freely. Do this each time you go into your cart. This bug should still be fixed though....

It makes you log-in over and over
The app works pretty well, but is incredibly frustrating that it makes you log-in repeatedly, which kind of defeats the purpose of having an app. There’s no real advantage over using your web browser. In fact it’s better to do that so that you don’t have to keep logging in repeatedly.
The Best For Music Gear
Sweetwater is the absolute best. I have tried other websites/apps and this one is so easy and fast. I ordered many small items and they all came on the estimated day with some free gifts (Sweetwater stickers, small bag of mints, more info about items) The day after I ordered I got a call to confirm that it was sent and that I ordered the right things. I got a call from a costumer service representative. He was extremely nice and helpful and gave me his personal extension in case I had any questions. Like I said everything arrived on time and it was all in one package, other websites send everything separately and it can be very frustrating. It was the exact order with great quality. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is looking for music gear! Thank you Sweetwater!!!

Works like a charm
Honestly, I don’t know why this app is rated to low (maybe due to older reviews), but now it works just like the website but smoother. The only this that’s mildly annoying is occasionally it logs me out for no reason, but other than that, no complaints!
Needs Updating
At the time of writing this, the last update was over a year ago. It’s annoying to login each time to check your wishlist or an order status. LastPass/password manager integration makes this easier but, on this app, LastPass doesn’t recognize that it’s Sweetwater so I have to open the whole catalog to select Sweetwater then login.

Great app, but a little slow
The app is, as I said a great app and Sweetwater services are great, just about anything anyone would ever need in music can be found here. So overall a great app, but it runs a little slow, that is the only reason that I didn’t rate 5, I highly recommend Sweetwater to any musician
