LOVE IT, but way glitchy!

Love the company, the customer service is rivaled only by NORDSTROM, as far as taking care of the customer! But my gripe is with the app functionality… the app falls wayyyy short. Doesn’t load half the time. I end up going to the web page more often than not. Deals tabs deliver blank screens. At one point told me “server error” so I deleted and re-loaded the app and it solved the problem for a few days. Again, my problem is only with the app. Web page works fine on a consistent basis, no doubt! You would imagine the company has some data scientists and engineers that would have caught this and dealt a solution of fix. Which makes navigating investment into gear very cumbersome and tedious considering I have to open the app wondering if it’s gonna work expeditiously and more often than not, pull up a browser instead. Fix it please.

Absolutely love Sweetwater

My husband and I recently purchased items from Sweetwater and am so grateful for Marshall Parks and all the reps at Sweetwater for making our experience with Sweetwater a pleasant one! Customer service was outstanding and product arrived quickly and packaged with great care! Thank You very much for your attention to details!

Not very good

First, the pages load really slowly. Second, when trying to use the search button, it only works from the home page??!! I was looking to search amplifiers and low and behold, there is not an amplifier section!!! On a music stores app!!! You can search for them…only from the home page mind you. But, there’s not a dedicated amplifier section to shop. Just unacceptable. Back to your competition.

I would give 5 starts if….

The app is great and functions well. I would give it 5 starts if it would remember my password so I didn’t have to keep logging in every time I opened the app up.

Best costumer service!!

I was in the store on January 6th and it was my first visit ever! It’s an amazing music center!! Amazing experience!!
Their customer service is absolutely excellent and very knowledgeable!!
Ryan helped me on the 6th…he was very professional and gave excellent service!! He was great!!

App Not Optimized for iPad

The app is good, I’ve used it on my phone and love it. However, there is no optimization for iPad to switch to landscape mode, which makes the keyboard function useless. Seems to be a simple fix. Not sure why this wouldn’t have been a thing by this point

Sweetwater is great…App, not so much

App has not been updated in over 2 years! 2 years! I cannot use it on my iPad because it will only orient in portrait, not in landscape. I have to remove the iPad from the keyboard in order to read properly. Seriously, Sweetwater, you’re a very good organization, please update the app?! 2 YEARS…seriously? …(of course, not much has happened with technology since 2019.)

I would like to stay signed in

The app works fine, no real issues, but nothing really outstanding either.
Having multiple wishlists is the only real unique thing about it, which you have to be signed in to look at. Problem is, almost every time i come back to the app I have to manually sign.
This is the ONLY app I’ve seen that has such a flaw.
If that gets fixed? Perfect shopping app

I love Sweetwater ❤️

I ordered my elektron grooveboxes and i was groovin away right next day, i received them literally 24hrs later. thank you Sweetwater 👍 I’m only going to order from Sweetwater it’s my main retailer for top of the line musical instruments 👍

Works great for me but for one thing

I love sweetwater. Their customer service is the best. My only issue with this app is that I have to sign in again every time I open it. It should have faceID like every other app that just auto signs you in.
