Fun, challenging (but easy on the days you need it)
Mary gives you heaps of choice in your yoga practice. If you like doing different practices each day then do the monthly challenges. If you have something that needs extra attention (like tight hips) then there’s a range of classes for it. If you want breath work and meditation? It’s here too. I’ve tried other yoga apps over the years but this has become my fave. Mary is always so cheerful and positive. She always puts me in a good mood (even when you’re doing a difficult class!)!!
