Don’t bother
There is a lag. It takes about 30 seconds to a minute to lock your scooter. I spent $5 using it twice. They need to stop stealing time from our rideshfhdjakjeb1684
can’t even use the app
the app refuses to let me sign in or create a new account. there’s always an “error” or “request failed” that pops up on the screen. i WOULD use these all the time as they’re convenient & always around, but they must not want my money with the app not working & all.Bombdiggity77

I really enjoyed this app, the scooters are really fast and the brakes are really nice. I love how you can just leave it wherever you want and I’ll pick it up because it’s just a lot easier to get where you want without having to leave it somewhere. Scooters in the Valley – Like Totally!
Let’s not let the Westside and the Bay Area have all the fun. TukTuk brings on-demand electric scooters to the San Fernando Valley (and, soon, Simi Valley, Anaheim, and beyond).
The app is still a work in progress, but it seems like they are working on improvements. The login issues seem to be a problem with AT&T, which they are fixing. My father was able to connect easily with Verizon.
I give these guys five stars because after I emailed customer service, I got a personal response back from one of the founders, and then he showed up at the restaurant where I was eating to get me set up. How’s that for service in the mobile age!?Show lessdjwhelan

Connected to Internet but can’t use the app
The app doesn’t process taps and requests properly. I’m connected to Internet, but the app doesn’t detect that. I use AT&T so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or not.
