Wrong charge
I tried to use the app in LA. They double charged me. I called asking for a refund, it didn’t work. After sending at least 5 emails I got one refund back and still waiting. The second one for a while. The app never worked for me and the charge still there. Too hard to deal with it.caroline luisa

Worst scooter app possible
This company took over my school’s scooter options and it is the most dysfunctional and inconvenient app! Not only do they switch up the interface to make things more inconvenient, their customer service is awful! When giving options for help their numbers are not in English, and the only option for help is through text!! Do NOT download this app unless they’ve forcefully taken over your school.Show lessJaybird3234

These guys are criminals
Not only does the name sound stupid, but they’ve been charging my account when im not even near a scooter. I always lock and bill when im done, but sometimes it takes an extra minute to actually go through with the request, charging me even more than it should’ve.
I sincerely hope this sorry excuse for a company goes out of business, but considering they’ve laid claim to my school campus, I can’t see that happening anytime soon.Show lessigottaicee
