POOR COMMUNICATION
I've ordered a meal, it has not been delivered but on the app it say it’s been delivered. My money has been taken but no food. I tried reaching out to the support line but they have not responded. It’s been more than the time they said they would get back to me

Poor service
Bolt food seems like scam tbh, There’s always a discount but all the restaurants are either temporarily unable to take orders or there’s no courier. What’s the point of a food app if you can’t even order food
Scam
Don’t pay through mobile money , you won’t be able to get your funds at the same day when you didn’t receive any food . It’s scam
BIG PROBLEM WITH YOUR APP
Why can’t anyone call to report a problem when your app is messing up, right now I was trying to order pizza paying with my momo the money has been taken but the order was not accepted and I can’t do anything about it

Was never thrilled with the service.
Estimated wait times are wrong 80% of the time. If you complain they blame the restaurant or courier. The do not have their partners backs at all.
Suddenly encountered errors if I try to order, after over a year of putting up with the other issues this app has.
Hopefully their competitors are better.

Never works
Tried using my canadian card, it never works don’t even waste your time. Everytime just says error. I wasted 40 minutes building my food menu only to be disappointed and even more hungry at the end.
Bad service
Using it in Baku, Azerbaijan. It was ok service until this month. Three times they delivered the food in two hours, customer service don’t care.
Payment Option
Why is there Apple Pay as a payment option in Bolt but not a payment option In Bolt Food. Please add that option. Thank you
