Impressive and fun
This is an impressive flying app with so many cool features. Takes a little learning but once you get it you’re addicted. I’ve only been exploring and playing with this as a hobby but I will likely upgrade to a professional version.

I never got to actually fly using this app. During the flight planning you are invited to pay for the Basic level AU$37.50, if you want to change things in the flight plan, you have to fork out another AU$37.5. You can plan and select your drone without any warning, but by the time you want to actually fly (with a DJI Mavic Pro 2), it tells you that that is only possible if you pay another AU$75 to become an Elite. Piece of crap
Add a waypoint and it moves it several hundred feet away. No explanation of the symbols. Lots of utube videos they make money off of but like watching an expert at mind craft just click around at like 10 clicks per second to show you. Try to login on a computer to see if that works better and can’t find my username tells me I don’t have an account. No phone number for account support. When emailed supper got a reply that my account may not qualify for email support. Rip off piece of crapShow lessExtensive functionality and great tech support!
Dronelink can look daunting at first, as it has a fairly steep learning curve, but you can do so much with this app - it leaves others, such as Litchi etc. way behind in the dust!
You can setup waypoint, orbit and mapping missions as basic or as complex as you like - the only limitation is your imagination really.
You can plan flights via the web app on a PC, or directly via the phone app - also these are synchronised between devices and can be downloaded to your phone for offline use, so if there’s no internet connection out in the field, you can still fly.
The app really isn’t that complicated, once you spend a little time exploring what it can do - and so much is actually done for you anyway, in just a few clicks.
The best feature is the ability to preview a flight beforehand in a virtual window, then export it and view it in Google Earth Pro - or do it the other way around, by importing a path from Google Earth to Dronelink, where the flight mission is automatically created.
The other great thing, is the support - there’s a users forum, where you can get questions answered quickly - also, the developer is constantly active on this support forum, answering questions very quickly indeed.
