Made my DJI Mavic Mini crash
I used this app with some succes in the past.
After a completed mission, my mavic mini became uncontrollable. It was setup to stay in position, but it started to slowly drift away and I could not do anything to manoeuver. Return Home was not working either. It finally crashed on a roof. I was able to retrieve it but it was cracked.
Dronelink should be allowing to switch your speed (C, P, S) within the app. Maybe this could have saved my drone.Show lessDanielDery01
Make flying easy
I’m new to drone flying so I was looking for a way to plan my flights before I got to where I was going. Dronelink let’s me plan ahead. I have my vacation flights planned loaded ready to fly.SMBARBER
Paid but didn’t receive access
Unreliable. Do not purchase.
I downloaded this app so I could conduct mapping missions on my drone. After paying for a premium account I wasn’t given access to the account features. Re-installed the app 10 times and logged in. Still nothing. Your only recourse is to email their billing department and wait.
I will have to report this transaction to my credit card.
The app was also flicking on and off which is troubling especially if it’s connected to a drone.Show lessfu?kyou
Great For Mapping!
This app has a lot of options for running different kinds of maps including Facades (Buildings, Towers, Bridges, Statues) which would key in creating 3D Models!Shastaski

App is great
App has been working great for me. SDK updates come out fast and the tools in it work great. Customer support has been great as well. As soon as they have updated Large Map services you won’t be able to beat them.E.Hiti
Unreliable and not safe or trustworthy.
Short version.
Unreliable and buggy. Not something that you can use with confidence.
Longer version.
I use a DJI Phantom 4 Pro. 2 for agriculture surveys and generation of orthomosaice. I welcomed what looked like a great new contender in this space and signed up for an elite plan.
WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!
This software is so unreliable to render it useless. I have no confidence that it will work based on multiple random failures. Quite honestly I do not feel that it is safe to use.
I have tried this with a DJI Mavik Air 2, DJI Phantom 4 RTK, DJI Phantom 4 pro V2 and the results have been pretty consistently awful.Show lessThis nickname is

We have many users successfully flying the drones you mentioned safely and reliably, so it is just a matter of understanding how to solve the particular issues you were experiencing. It could be that the root issue you experienced was due to using an underpowered mobile device, or how the mission was configured.Unable to set up an account
Multiple errors stating an account already exists. Then when trying to log in to reset password etc. Error states no known user account?? On the surface the App seems good, I use Maven and DJI Fly. Wanted to try this, but can’t access etc.Marto63
Got the job done.
I have been looking for a tool to auto-pilot my Mavic 2 Air mapping out huge areas for precision farming. I have found it!
Dronelink flawlessly mapped out 160 acres of farmland in -13C (3 degrees below the Mavic 2 Air rating) and it did it perfectly.
Even though the App pops a warning about large mission plans like this, it managed it fine.
Disclaimer: I squeezed it into a single battery with only a 50% overlap, knowing the final maps with be a bit wonky, but point of the exercise was to see if the platform can handle this large a plan.

This is absolutely the most fully featured drone automation app there out there. I've used just about all of them, and this is the one that I find myself coming back to over and over because everything is in one place.
