  • Why SMOK?

    I echo what user: “zantelle’s wife” said. I’m having same problem, same server error, I can’t even create an IVPS account.

    IVPS, get your act together and SMOK, why don’t you have a stable warranty process implemented? You have been in business way too long for this. If it weren’t for the reality the vaping industry in general is shady, unreliable and sub-par, this would be embarrassing.

  • This version doesn’t work I’m on iPhone 7 iOS 13.5.1

    Useless can’t register my device for warranty... finally got through to SMOK via email (few days in between exchanges) they checked my (codeA)and things with the picture I sent them and am currently being sent a new device through the post so happy with that but..

  • Absolute Garbage

    Bought the new Nove two weeks ago and it’s auto firing already. Want to get it replaced but the app always says server is busy. Tried restarting my phone, deleting the app and downloading it again. Nothing. If we have to use the app for warranties it should actually work.

    Been trying to open this up for days now it just keeps saying server busy and as I’m reading the reviews I’m apparently not the only one that’s having this problem, all I wanna do is verify my product so the warranty will work, how sad that something that supposed to be so simple is not
  • Hasn't worked yet

    I downloaded the app to register my device several days ago and have been trying to get the app to work at-least twice a day every day. So far, I have yet to get past the "loading" screen and after waiting 20 minutes for ANYTHING to load it just shows a "servers crashed" message
  • App won’t load so I can verify for my warranty.

    I don’t know why Smok is making something that should be easy and not take longer then a few minutes so difficult. I downloaded the app for it to say “The server is currently busy. Please try again later” every time I try and go on it. Googled what to do to try and fix it and the best advice I found was to use an iPhone or a laptop and well I’m using my iPhone 11 Pro Max so I’m using the best iPhone out right now and still not working. I just want to make sure I register my vape for warranty before it ends up being too late but I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to get the app to load. Registering your product for a warranty should not be such overly complicated and go through downloading an app that doesn’t even work to get a warranty on a vape you spent money on and we all know vape devices aren’t cheap nor is this brand and if my device I just paid $40 for about two weeks or so ago isn’t working right, I should be able to register it for the warranty. But I can’t. And they better fix this app soon because we paid for their product.. they need to let us be able to have our warranties. Can’t believe this.

  • Can’t register w/out app, app doesn’t work!?

    First of all, what about people who don’t want an invasive app on their phone? Why can’t I just go to a website to register this? Then you force me to download an app that hasn’t worked for weeks!? So now I can’t register it which means I also am not getting the coverage you guaranteed.. I feel like this is a lawsuit for you waiting to happen.

    But I just read the lead review on the app page, which says “all the reviews” that report this app is DOA or “crashes” or just plain doesn’t work “are 100% wrong!” Little lady, just because it worked on your device, doesn’t make ALL the “horrible” reviews “wrong,” let alone 100% wrong. We are happy the app works for you, at least that gives us hope it’s working for somebody. But to lead with an immature and insulting “positive” review that mischaracterizes so MANY negative reports of your app, it does not speak well or show your organization in an ethical, professional manner. A responsible tech organization WELCOMES negative, constructive feedback. Its how you earn trust and an authentically trustworthy reputation for your brand. I am hoping you can show that to us in all your interactions with your customers.

  • Rubbish.

    Can’t even get onto the app for warranty or authenticity. Ridiculous, this app actually ruined my day 😑 enough time drive me to smoke an actual cigarette...don’t waste your time with this app folks.

  • Waste of time

    Absolute waste of time. Unable to register warranty as app won’t work, and they say this is the the way it has to be done. Advice.... don’t wast your time !
