Just trying to register my product. This app has not worked in months based on the reviews. I get the same error everyone else gets months later. The resolution that the developers reply back too simply takes you to a page to download the app. I already have the app. So what is that supposed to do! Definitely wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. Thankfully since I am a first time buyer, I bought the lowest priced product. i want to check the authenticity of the Smok pods i purchased but can’t because the only way to do that is through this stupid app that won’t load..markiiie

So all I buy is smok products and I’ve been trying to use there app and every time I run it the app is loading and then says the Server is busy try again later for one of the leading brands in the vaping community do you think they’d have a better program for the loyal customers that they do haveJoshua32140
IVPS tour download
I’ve been trying to download the IVPS tour website since I got my new Smok novo3 , I’ve got others because those are the only ones i like. Every time I try to download it comes back and tells me the sever is busy to try again later. I’ve been trying for a week!Debbie Marsh fantastic!

My experience was just like those other reviews I read. I just bought this Vape, I downloaded the app to ensure a warranty and the app says ‘“ The server is busy, please try again later“. What a waste of timekernimal

Downloaded the App to check authentication of my device and spare coils.
When I opened the app is says app no currently available in your region and then a message saying server is busy try again later.
Keep trying but same message.
HOW DO YOU AUTHENTICATE DEVICE OR SPARES???

Having the same problem terrible warranty service if the app doesn’t even work. Paying for a product that breaks within 6 months due to pod leaking(same issue w two identical products).Rotimip
Server error
The app won’t even work! Comes up with server is busy error. Won’t even allow me to log in on my iPhone 11. Researched it and it is a known issue with this app. And there have been no updates on this app for a year..obviously the company is not keeping the app up to date!mekd1234
