  • No good

    Downloaded the app to verify and activate my warranty on amok product. App doesn’t load and keep saying there’s an error. Will be emailing smok personally to activate warranty as this app is useless.

  • Don’t buy This kind of BS

    Don’t ever get these Chinese brands that offer software support because they don’t offer any support at all.
    Why would you be given a community based app instead of a proper product support app. You do the math.
    They sell their products get the money without ever been liable for post support which cost money.

  • Junk App and Waste of Time

    No stars for this app. Totally no stars. I have been trying to open the app since yesterday just to register my SMOK devices for their warranty but it would always say “The server is currently busy. Please try again later.”. Still no luck up to this time. SMOK company should just have their own app for us to register our devices for warranty instead of using other third party apps like this nonsense one.

  • Will not load, server busy???

    Why can I register my product I’ve been trying to for the last couple months now how am I going to get my warranty onHonored and I have two broken vapes. I am soooo disappointed and Hope that I can get this solved somehow by someone at SMOK.
  • Pointless app as can’t register

    This seems like a complete flaw in SMOK’s online warranty process. I followed the steps to download the app and try to register but just get a “Server Error 100” message. Seriously guys, sort out your app provider because you can’t register online. Poor customer service when you pay so much for the product!

    If I could give less than one star I would. This app doesn’t even work and as I’m writing this review in-app I cant even are what I’m writing down as it isn’t showing what I type.
  • App wouldn’t load. Says server is busy

    Yep that’s about it. Just read the recent reviews. There’s no point writing the same thing. I can’t even verify my new G-PRIV 3 (that I spent $170NZD on) because SMOK made it such that you can only verify and get warranty for your product using this garbage app. What a joke.

  • Deception at its finest

    1st — I’m embarrassed to say I didn’t read the reviews before I downloaded this app!
    2nd— Should we expect anything that works from China? I recently purchased a Smok Mag Grip, I like everything about it except that it’s made in China, as are over 90% of Vapes being used today!!
    3rd — Getting back to the app, this app is absolutely a worthless piece of crap! The few who gave it 5 stars need to count your lucky stars (pun intended) if I could’ve been given it a quarter of a star that might be to much. I’ve been trying just like everyone else to log in and all I get is Trouble connecting to server! It’s so aggravating, I’m thinking just about the time I get it to work my warranty will be either over or close to being done. You would think that a company making Millions if not Billions from Vaping gear could develop an app that works! If there was a chance of them collecting data from our lives or hacking into everything customer related the app would work just fine!! My wish is that an American Company would start making Vapes, I would definitely buy American product’s before any other company!

  • Server is busy

    Every time I try to activate my smok device to get the warranty added it always says server is busy try again later and I’ve been trying for the last 2 days and it’s still the same thing I want to add the warranty before it’s to late this is ridiculous it should not be this hard to add the warranty plus I have tried on a laptop and a iPhone pro max still same thing... y’all need to fix your app soon so I can get my warranty!

  • Garbage

    “If I could do less than one star I would”
    This app is trash, never even written a review before but SMOK hung us out to dry with this. Can’t activate your warranty without app just so they can get their downloads but once downloaded it is nowhere near functional, error codes and bugs while literally nothing will load, you can’t even manage to send yourself the verification email to get signed up. Not only is the Novo X a P.O.S. but so is their app. I know this isn’t a vape review but multiple friends have experienced their novo x acting pretty much like this website. I’ve heard some won’t hit at all, have a delayed hit, continue to fire after hit, or the screen just randomly stopped working. Just the other week I considered SMOK to be the best but they have really let me down.
