  • WORST APP EVER!!!

    Do not buy this product because dealing with this app may also cost you a new phone after you throw yours across the room. App doesn’t work and has no assistance to get the help you need. Buy another product! Trust me!

    Don’t waste your time trying to use this app. Server seems to be non existent. Serriously Smok, sort it out, I won’t be buying a smok vape again if I can’t confirm what I’m buying is genuine.

  • Server is busy

    I downloaded the app so I could verify my SMOK SCAR-P3. But the app will not load it keeps saying sever is busy.
    I tried using my camera on the web page and it freezes the camera.
    The app is from 2017. When was it last updated?? Get on the ball SMOK so I can get my pod/mod verified.

    Seems a waste can’t register keeps saying error I have been trying to get this to work for days and it’s still the same sort your app out guys

  • No stars if I could

    Being that a review was left in September and a month later in October the app still having the same issue that it is unable to connect to the server to try to verify the product authenticity to be able to register the product shows that Smok is not interested in even having warranty claims as they left an essential part of the process broken for a reason that would be hard to believe has went unnoticed all this time. Dissatisfied and disappointed in this product and will always recommend another brand to go with because of the purposeful issue

  • App won’t let you verify product

    I downloaded the app to verify my product and register for warranty for my new TFV16 tank. They did such a thorough job with the instructions on how to register your product, they just didn’t put as much effort into the actual app. No point in trying to contact customer service, been there and done that. So not only did SMOK start making tanks to only fit their coils, but they also avoided having to fulfill any of their warranty promises.

  • Absolutely useless

    Have to use the app to register vape for warranty and I can’t get signed up for the app. I get server error. Every single time. I’ve tried with WiFi. On cellular data. Everything. I just want to do a warranty claim for a vape I got 24 hours ago and can’t because of this app.
  • “Server Busy”

    I recently bought a Smok Fetch Pro that has stopped working. It came with a 6 month warranty. It says to download this app to verify the device for warranty purposes. This app DOES NOT work!! It keeps saying server is busy. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have tried downloading it on another iPhone, and I keep getting the same response. Please, someone fix this app before my warranty goes out. I do not know what to do to move forward to get a new vape. It there was a zero stars rating I would put that.

    This is such a ‘try hard’ app! You can download/install it but when it comes to the facts especially from the community tab -it can never load up!!!
