  • Complete Garbage

    I had to download this app to verify a product for a warranty and it claims to be some kind of community forum??? Not a single feature works. You can’t create an account (server error -100) or do anything other than watch it load and then crash again. It says “The sever is currently busy. Please try again later.” and that’s literally all it does. By the looks of it, it’s been broken for months. So I guess there is no warranty then if they tell you to activate it by downloading an app that doesn’t work and never has. What a scam. I mean honestly, how hard is it to create a FUNCTIONING app with one feature, to verify a product. Nobody is here for or wants the community forum/ social media platform aspect of it so just get rid of that.

    Also, I find it interesting how the only positive reviews use the exact same verbiage as the description of the app and don’t disclose that they are a part of the developer team. So pretending to be a customer and saying that all the “horrible”negative reviews are “100% WRONG!” Is not a good look for Smoks brand.

  • Busy Server...

    Tried to validate some coils. Keep getting a msg to say the server is busy & to try later. Keep trying but get the same msg over & over again. Seems a complete waste of time. Will I ever find out if these are genuine coils 🤣

    It won’t allow me to create my account, my vape came with a cracked pod and I’d like to create an account to get support!

  • Absolutely a scam

    Nothing in the app works at all, it’s literally just a dead end for them to send you to so you don’t get a refund or replacement. Do yourself a favor and never buy Smok products again because they will never change this apparently.
  • App won’t load

    I don’t know how they expect someone to be able to register their vape and be able to use the community forum when every time you try to sign in all you get is server is busy please try again later. This has been 3 days going like this.
  • Server doesn’t not work

    The server does not reply the app is therefore useless though it is essential to register a Smok product so the warranty would work...

    I followed all the steps to sign up the app. All messed up. If you don’t provide any customer service, just let us know. Do not occupy any place in my phone yet!!

  • The server is busy

    IDK why I even continue buying smok products. 4th one in 2 years that either failed, fried or broke in someway without misuse. 2 others failed after dropping them once or twice. Now with this new one the button came out on its own within warranty. So I’m thinking cool, I’ll just file a claim. Yeah, it shouldn’t be this hard to file a claim. Open app, click this, do that, do this, if this then do this, if not this then do that etc. jeez. Okay fine I’ll jump through the hoops to file the claim. Oh wait.. I can’t! cause the app DOESN'T WORK. 🤦‍♂️ I’ll call y’all on Monday.
