    Site is not properly functional for people and don’t know what products you have registered etc.
  • Broken straight from the box

    I have bought a smok g priv 2 luxe edition And it doesn’t turn on it won’t charge up I’ve been onto the companies app ask for advice just got ignored I’ve tried phoning the company and nothing I feel very let down and I feel like I’ve had my money stolen because there’s not a lot I can do about it horrible product

  • It says to take a tour.

    I couldn’t find a video tour, and the actual setting up the account was a lot of info. I thought I was doing this to make sure I had my warranty, this time after buying 4-5 Novo 2, Novo 3, I learned my lesson to get the warranty but that’s not even clear. Needs to be easier. And I read the directions which basically was the “Tour” that I can seem to find.

  • Nope not doing it

    All I want is to figure out how to use this product since there are no instructions in this expensive pipe mod. Lots of parts zero instructions- I am new to this so it isn’t 2nd nature to me how all this works. Anyhow I scan with ocr reader- it instructs me to download a social app. I don’t want to register and create yet another “social” account just to learn how to use a $200+ product. This is the second time I’ve been burned by SMOK the first time I bought another vape thing from a retail store and no one told me I needed a battery there was nothing on the box, the guy working there said nothing. SMOK spend more time making your product usable in the USA less time trying to capitalize on your extremely late entry to the social media world. As a 20 yr exec in Silicon Valley I can tell you right now your strategy is going to fail. Make a usable product that doesn’t cause frustration. You just lost a customer.

  • Wow! What an app!

    Like who would’ve thought we’d get such a garbage app right? I especially ❤️ the way that it doesn’t let me login half the time. But hey, it sometimes works so that’s AMAZING.

    When it finally does let you login, you’ll be greeted by some of the most bizarre UI ever, but HEY NOW, you’re logged in so that’s already good enough right?

    Then you get to actually start using the app, and suddenly, you realize something: it’s pointless. But who doesn’t ❤️ pointless apps right? WOW!

  • THE APP WONT ALLOW ME TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT

    I have spent hours trying to create an account and log on. This APP is terrible. My SMOK product broke after 2 weeks. At least it worked. The APP never worked.

    I might have to buy another product.
  • App is worse than their vaping devices

    Smok is garbage all around and this app guarantees you’ll never be able to register the product you purchased that most assuredly will not work within 3 months of said purchase. I’ve never gotten past the server load error screen & the tools section that supposedly contains another method of registering your device most certainly does not. I’m sticking with Aspire from here on out if I want a decent salt box as well as the ability to register it.

  • Don’t Get

    How are we suppose to activate our warranty and get refunded or even seek out help. The second i downloaded the app and logged on.. it kept giving me error that the site is “full” i know no one is on this app😭 so wym full. Novo is absolute trash and this app is even more trash, didn't know that was possible.

  • Doesn’t work

    Bought a smok vape, downloaded the app. But whenever I try to use it, it has a loading screen for a few moments then just says server busy. Tried this several times over the course of a day.
  • WONT WORK/SERVER BUSY!

    I have been trying to activate my warranty on my new Smok nord x and the app keeps saying server busy try again later...I was unable to ever activate the warranty for my Smok RPM 2 because of this same exact problem 5 months ago and that device stopped working a couple of weeks ago! I have updated my phone deleted and reinstalled the app restarted my phone and still the same message. I agree that the persons review who says the app does work and basically saying everyone else is lying is absolutely ridiculous clearly we all want this app to work especially if u are trying to activate a warranty like myself. Just because it works on one persons phone doesnt mean it us working on other peoples!
