Is this a joke?
Same as earlier reviews... I can’t even get through the first step of opening the symbol in the upper right. The app just attempts to load then times out with, “can’t connect to server, try again later.” Wait til later and get the same thing.
Is this intentional so you don’t have to honor your warranty’s?! Why isn’t this being worked on?
AND, your response to provide the details around the error— none of those things you ask for are relevant.. no information around those points is related to the app not loading, like everyone says.
I followed the m.vapingtour instructions and it just sends you back in a circle to this absolute fail of an app.

The app has not been updated for a year and the servers are always currently busy. I would like to use my warranty but it’s impossible with the servers on the app being constantly down. They have a warranty’s on their products but theres no way to use them.Does not work

This app doesn’t even work. Have had it downloaded for months and can not get it to load or do anything. I have 2 Smok replacements needed and can not sign up or login in. Just an error saying “loading”. Don’t even bother buying their products because of this.App will not work
Bought a new Smok product and it’s asked me to download the app and verify the product I bought is genuine, I had the app previously when I verified my old one, the new version will not let me (sign in,create a new account,or load the home page). I bought a Smok device and in order to file a warranty claim you have to download this ridiculous piece of crap app to scan your codes on the box. I have yet to get it to work. Emailed customer support and they keep telling me to use this. Learnt a waste of money.
