Not reliable for POD
Multiple times , booking got cancelled despite doing ahead of time.
No respect to POD bookings.
3 weeks to register sanad card and at the end unable to avail the benefit because of cancellations.BOss-00-

I had a scheduled POD ride at the pickup time the app shows me the driver arriving in 16 mins. Arrival time kept changing from 16 mins to 18 and back. I called the driver, the system tells me “the number is not used.” I scheduled another ride initially arriving in 6 mins. Driver never answered his phone. DTC cancelled the ride 20 minutes later.

It seems that you need a local SIM number before you can register. Not very helpful if using local free Wi-Fi services in hotels and malls.freedmaniac

App keeps crashing. Booked a cab and app kept crashing for over 20 minutes. It either does not load or it crashes. Couldn’t see where my driver was, my trip was canceled by the driver and I was charged cancellation feeJake1309
