Appalling service
First time using and our ride was cancelled without any notice or explanation. Left us straddled and late for an important anniversary dinner. If it is import than you are there on time, do not rely on this app.Orfu2017

My credit card expired and I needed to update with the new expiration date. There is no way to do that. You have to delete the card and enter a new one which is a sign of someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. However each time I try to add a card it fails despite the fact that the issuer has approved the transaction. I tried with two different cards with no success. It would be great if you focused less on marketing and actually fixed the user experience.Show lessSamstermk
