  • App not working

    App not loading, states redirecting.
  • Worst Hotel App

    Doesn’t work - you can login to your “account” but cannot do anything with it. We tried ordering room service, were prompted through a checkout option and waited over and hour and a half for food (sandwiches, fruit, a salad and water). We tried contacting staff through the messaging system on app with no response. We finally called down to room service, who said they never received our order.

  • App not working

    Was working about a month ago on my iPhone, now pages will not load. Have deleted and re-added but still not working.
  • Not functioning at all currently

    The hotels are wonderful.
    I’ve booked through the app before, but it’s not been working for days now. Have deleted and reloaded to no avail.
    Cannot load any booking data for any of their hotels. I saw the room and rate I wanted before the app failed, but can’t get it now. It’s a members’, online rate so can’t get it over the phone. Tried repeatedly. Not fit for purpose. If I can’t get the rate, I’ll have no choice but to book a different hotel - your poor app is losing customers H10!

  • Inaccessible app with voiceover

    I was trying to use this app to book reservations at the Ocean Paradise Hotel in Cancun. I am a blind user. I use voiceover to access the screen on my iPhone. All of the selections appear to be images with text embedded in the images of themselves. There are no alt tags which makes the app completely unusable. This is incredibly offensive in 2024 especially coming from such a large hotel chain such as yours. Please do better.

  • Not all hotels app are updated

    Some hotels have their dedicated section of the app updated and others don’t. I realized that. The hotel I’m staying at (Ocean Coral Spring - Jamaica) does. It have an updated app section. That is a shame, but I assume that is just an expense the hotel is not will ing to make.
  • Horrible App and hotel knows nothing

    Unable to login here as a privilege guest for 6 night and 7 days, can’t login to app and the hotel staff have no idea how to fix it. I’ve asked guest services, Conceierge, front desk and reservations and no one can fix the issue. What a waste. I’ve spoken to other guest 90 percent of them are unable to login. Terrible experience

  • App does not work

    Does not work and can’t see what your trying to book needs fixing asap as a members of H10 this is very poor

    App is awful. Will not let me log in using 3 simple pieces of information.
  • Where to start

    The app is fundamentally broken and badly engineered. It follows now intuitive logic and has not been platform tested or user tested. This must be doing more damage to H10 business than creating a multi channel enhancement. Sorry guys but you need to go back to the drawing board and start again with better skilled engineering and business requirements.
