App is awful. Will not let me log in using 3 simple pieces of information.
Where to start
The app is fundamentally broken and badly engineered. It follows now intuitive logic and has not been platform tested or user tested. This must be doing more damage to H10 business than creating a multi channel enhancement. Sorry guys but you need to go back to the drawing board and start again with better skilled engineering and business requirements.

Can’t get logged in….
I still can’t get logged in and we arrive in a few days. I’ve confirmed my confirmation number with Expedia twice who even called the hotel so I know that’s not the issue….
Doesn’t Work At All
Simply does not work. When selecting a hotel the page remains blank and nothing happens. Have the developers released this without testing it first?
Absolutely fantastic
What a fabulous hotel! Excellent location, lovely modern rooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is in a lovely room and lots of selection of great quality, would definitely recommend
Useless
I have an iPhone. Installed and uninstalled this twice. Can’t navigate around it. Menu selections don’t work. Pages show up blank. What is the point of having an App that’s available for iPhone when it literally doesn’t work!!!
Heavily biased towards bookings
Whenever I’ve try to view H10 membership details I either get errors or a blank screen. Not worth downloading unless you want to view hotels to book
Not very compatible with iPhone
Very difficult to use on iPhone. Navigation doesn’t work, unable to press back or forward buttons. If you need to go back a page you have to go back to the Home Screen and start from the beginning. Very frustrating.
App doesn’t all me past the getting started experience
After logging in and ‘clicking here’ I get stuck on a white screen. (iPhone X). Also, the navigation controls are under the home pill.
