Not working
Can’t register your phone number. Have emailed and messaged the company but they were not helpful at all. Just told me to add my phone number. Told them it doesn’t work. No response after that.

“No park zones” have serious problems
In the Sisli district, this app has introduced ‘no park zones’ where you are unable to park and end your ride. The problem is, if you are outside of this area, it still won’t let you park. Either the app can’t judge your location correctly or they haven’t marked the boundaries correctly. They should get rid of these zones or fix their app

Needs phone holder for navigation
Great technology on the app, really fun scooters but the only thing lacking is a phone holder so that it’s easier to navigate the streets without having to keep stopping to check for directions.
Expensive and too much restrictions
The terms of use are so not friendly, the devices are broken, the ride is expensive and if you use it once you feel you don't want to use it again. A bicycle journey is much more fun and much cheaper.
Bad experience
The scooter can’t go uphill and I can’t end the trip. I got charged for additional money!

made me walk to a ride and after the scan told me the batery is not good. why is it on the map then?
