Needs better notifications
The service overall is pretty good my main issue is that there are no notifications given to me until the driver is at my stop. This has led to me missing a good few rides simply because I got distracted and didn’t check the app enough then I decide to check and it’s like already a minute away and at that point I can’t get there in time.
There should at least be a notification when a driver is found and when they are nearby aswell.
