most of the time its good but alot of the time the rides are very late and make me late to things. i plan an hour ahead and go early but they still arrive 30 mins late max. its bad in the morning when i have somewhere to be and i dont even live that far but it takes an hour or more to just get somewhere that is 15 mins away. as i write this i have been waiting for one ride for 50 minutes. i received a message that they were on the way 15 mins later than normal, then i kept waiting and the driver stayed in the same spot the entire time, 5 mins away from me, still saying they were on the way but they werent going anywhere. i had to order another one a whole hour later and now im late. this is the only way i and many many others have to get around its very hard to manage at times.Show lessaaviles34

The app is okay but when I schedule the time I’m delayed constantly when the time comes and I’m late to my classes and this is the only way I get to college they say they will get you there on time but I’m standing here past my time that I scheduled to be picked up and I’m waiting almost 30 to 40 minutes past my time that I scheduled.Show lesspick up is never on time
Extremely unpractical
Rides constantly delayed, Unfathomable wait times (Over an hour) for such a short car ride. Been late to destination so many times because they never actually pick you up at the time you want to them too. You’d be better off walking because by the time you get to your destination your vehicle will just now be pulling up to the pick up spot. And especially considering the fact that your ride is more than likely to be picking up more passengers.Show lessibeatmywife3
