I love this place
I come here when I’m traveling for work. EVERYtime I come in the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even when I got her 15 minutes before closing, and I said I could go someplace else, they insisted I that they could take care of me. I appreciate them. I’ll definitely return.
App doesn’t redeem rewards
For the last few months I have been unable to redeem my reward point on the app. I don’t always have time to go into the store and wait for them to make it.

Love this location
I have really appreciated the personable approach of the owner being in the store! Some things are just unmatched! The staff is kind and attentive! Customer service and customer care is premium! My husband never liked the sandwich until you took this location. Even requested to eat here for his birthday last year!

I do not need to cater
Hello. I love Lenny’s. Your app is not great, but that is okay because it is functional and offers deals. However, I am a student in college, an individual consumer. Why would I or most anyone who uses your app need to cater? Why do you send me notifications asking me if I need to cater? Perhaps have a way to mark people as potential caterers in the app if this is so important, but it is highly annoying to be using my phone and then have a notification pop up reminding me that I can cater with Lenny’s. I am going to uninstall the app and just not get points for rewards, which will lead me to shop at Lenny’s less.

Amazing everything!
The customer service by far brings you in the door! The servers remember your name, what you usually order. The food oh my gosh!!! I can’t get enough of this place. This truly reminds me of being back home on the East Coast in New York, DC, Baltimore and yes Delaware!

Good food, could be better though
My sandwich was actually good. However, I went through the drive thru and did not have anything on my sandwich other than meat and cheese. I also had no condiments in the bag that I asked for. I now know I need to specify what I want on my sandwich and need to check for any sauce before I leave. Sandwich would’ve been great if it wasn’t just meat, bread, and cheese.

Unusable
I love Lenny’s but this app needs some serious work. When ordering, every time I tap on an order option (e.g. sandwich size, toppings), the page reloads and resets the order. It also resets and shows popup offers like a discount for accepting marketing text messages.
The result is I can’t use it to order and, so, I have uninstalled it.
