Love Lenny’s hate the app

I can’t submit because it won’t let me submit. The phone number box is in red so I’m assuming that’s the problem. Iv tried it with a 1 in front and with out. Frustrating that all my past points won’t transfer and all the points I earned today when I couldn’t use my Lenny’s card because I must use the app. I have men a loyal customer for 15 years now I won’t go back because you changed everything and it does not work. Horrible! So bad I may never go to Lenny’s again

Tried to “move my points” and the app just sits there. Hit submit and NOTHING happens. So I registered online and loved points...but I can’t use app because only option is register or move points. So now I’ve lost existing points and all patience. They should have made sure this worked before launching it. I love Lenny’s but this experience has been so bad I don’t think I will ever eat there again.

Hi there, if you tap the “Register to Earn” button it will take you to the log in screen. We are changing the name of this button with our next app update. Send us an email to rewards@lennys.com if you need further assistance.

Great app!

This app is great. Easy to migrate my account and even better to use. Placing an order and earning points is the best perk.

Read directions

This worked easily once I read directions.
I am sure most problems reported are operator errors. Take a moment and read.

Account migration

Can’t migrate my rewards. Enter email address after downloaded app and it says “email is already taken”. No kidding Captain Obvious!! Just by the guy trying to move my reward points to this new program! ME!

Phone number issue

The switch button didn’t work for on the app but I was able to do it on my computer with no problem. Now my only issue is every time I try to open the app it says I need to verify phone number. I put it in and then nope won’t register it. So now I can’t use the app at all until they fix this!!

Hello, are you selecting the option to “Move Points & Rewards” when you open the app? If so, try selecting the option of “Register to Earn” and it will take you to the Log In screen. Feel free to reach out via rewards@lennys.com with any other issues.

Can’t see the whole app

I don’t have a smartphone, so I use the app on my iPad. When the app is in landscape mode, you can’t see anything except the drink and sandwich. When it’s in portrait mode, I can see a few words halved at the bottom of the screen along with the sandwich and drink.

Rewards switch over

I can’t get any info to switch over. The submit button is not working! Will keep trying.

Easy to navigate and set up!

Just migrated my account to the new program and the transition seems to be seamless and simple - no dead links or buttons.
