I forgot I have a reward account and we had lunch at the Lenny’s on 1604. I tried their special edition of beef cheddar and mushroom melt. It was delicious!!!! My niece had the meatball and ate it all. My nephew Brandon had the I forgot but he ate it all too! I used to order from Lenny’s when I worked at the VA in the medical center. I retired more than five years ago.

Need to edit reward redemption

App is fine to order from. But the reward reception coupon can't be applied on a mobile order, you have to redeem in person - which requires a purchase to activate...

Need to be able to link the rewards to an online order!

Why the heck....?

They had a great system. Give the person your phone number and get the credit for a free sub. Period.
WTH would anyone want to download a crappy app. along with the other million apps that other food places want you to download.
.As if I have space on my phone for all this sh** and another Big Brother learning my eating habits.I thought you guys thrived on being different. CU Lennys. You went from simple to stupid. You’re food is great, but now that you’ve complicated the points process, I’m going elsewhere.

You are not at all required to download the app and you can still use your phone number at checkout, just like before, when you move your existing account over to the new platform. You can move your account via our website, lennys.com/rewards.

When I click “register to earn” and got to the screen with my phone number, it asked me to enter “+1” for the US, but it wouldn’t allow me to save the changes. Therefore, I have not been able to use the App.

Basic

Basic. Does the things. Why can’t I add my membership barcode to passbook? That would help with usability a lot. I imagine it would be an easy addition as well.

App is horrible

I have tried time and time again to load this App and it is like it is frozen. Can’t do anything. If this many people are having issues you would think that corporate would fix the issue.

Terrible app

I’ve tried on my iPad I’ve tried on my iPhone is a computer software tester I would think I would be able to load an app.

Three trips to Lennies blown not to mention I have no idea why I carry this crappy Lennys card. App wont let me move points it says my email address is already VIP member but I can’t see my account.

I’m going to Subway to order the eight large subs that I need because this app has upset me so much.

Must Frustrating App

This is probably the most frustrating app I’ve loaded in probably 3 or more years. Extremely poor instructions in the app. Goes in circles. Won’t accept phone number. Now the app is locked up and will not move off the screen that requests me to add “1” to the phone number. This app should NEVER have been released to the public! One is the lowest star I can give or that would be zero!
