Suggestions for Improvement on Route and Address Input
I’ve been using the app for a while now, and while it does the job, I think there are some improvements that could make a huge difference for drivers like myself. First off, the app should automatically display the current stop’s address after completing each delivery. It’s frustrating to have to manually look up and input the next address every time—especially after dealing with traffic and long delays to get to the delivery zone.
Additionally, the requirement to take pictures of the address for confirmation feels unnecessary and time-consuming. It adds a lot of extra steps to the process, especially when you’re trying to stay on schedule and move quickly. The system should be more streamlined to reduce these manual tasks.
In short, the app should work more efficiently by automating address updates and eliminating redundant steps like taking photos of the delivery address. Every minute counts when you're on the road, and cutting out these time sinks would really help drivers stay on track and improve overall delivery efficiency.

Blind route taking?
I don't tend to write reviews because I consider most companies don’t really care about their customers or associate’s opinion, but I need to express myself. First of all, this company is doing everything they have in their hands to make us waste our time. They make you wake up early in the morning just to get on time at their warehouse where you will waste 30 to 50 minutes on the line, just because of their poor organization. Second, their developers keep changing the delivery area thing, fooling us to take a route blindfolded. Also, the estimated time is a complete lie, no matter how well you know the designated delivery area, you will take longer than what you expected.
Just keep this in mind: waking up at 5:30 or 6:00 AM to deal with this kind of abuse, and returning home at around 12:00 - 1:00 PM with a pending check of $100 (maybe a bit more or maybe less) without expenses, is not worth it.
I have been driving for Veho for a while now and I will stop. Won’t come back if things don’t get better. This company could be a great competitor for other packages delivery companies, but if they keep playing it dirty, and doing these kind of updates, they will lose good drivers and customers.

Slave labor
These people will try to jam pack your car so much that you can’t see out your rearview mirror nor your passenger side view mirror then they waste an hour and a half or more of your time waiting after check-in, which is 10 minutes before your block starts waiting just to get into the warehouse to pick up your packages to only find out that they’re trying to squeeze every single penny out of you by over packing your car then they will not compensate you at all for the wasted time and the additional hours required to complete the block. Meanwhile, their tips for successful deliveries suggest that you don’t take a block that you can’t compete or complete because you may exceed the time only take a block that you know you can complete meanwhile they’re wasting, your time wait an hour and a half just to pick up the packages sitting in a line that reaches around three blocks. Don’t do this unless you’re only doing 20 packages that’s it and send that is probably too much for most of the cars that go there because they’re all pretty much sedans smallCorolla and Malibu’s small cars like that a bunch of thieves unreal

How Do They Manage to Make the App Worse?
I’m not even going to mention how bad the pay is for all of the routes. The main thing I want to mention is, after each update, this app gets worse. From lag to over heating the phone to not able to zoom in on the map within the app. It feels like this app is designed by a bunch of high school drop-outs or monkeys that are learning how to develop an app. It doesn’t matter what new features were added in the updates, if the app itself is not working properly. Overall, this app is not fit and optimized for delivery services.

Just not worth it
I am posting this from my personal experience. I have done deliveries both on roadie and DoorDash with 99% of my customers rating me as excellent.
1. The app is so prone to malfunctions, it’s not worth it. The GPS will not correctly point to an address which leaves you searching for the address wasting time.
2. The barcodes/QR codes don’t scan correctly half the time.
3. The support is not helpful. I had an address that did not exist from being burnt down and they tried to send me the GPS coordinates.
4. The warehouse staff are not organized and take their stress out on the drivers
5. The deposits want an actual physical bank account but don’t recognize any of the bank accounts I have had
6. They claim work when you want but then take a week to pay you.
7. The app is so prone to malfunctioning, it killed one of my phones.
8. They say a route will take 3 hours but it ends up taking 6-7 due to their app being stupid.

The company that most exploits its employees
Worst application I've worked for, more than 900 drivers and a maximum of 60 routes per day, it's not enough, remembering that the routes are gigantic, often drivers return the route to the warehouse because it didn't fit all the boxes in the cars, very low price, many packages out of the route, messy routes, slow app, many unnecessary photos, wrong addresses, inefficient support, most routes need more than 1 EXTRA hour to finish, boxes with rotten food and bad smell that dirty the cars, they say they pay more than $20/H ... but they always get less than 20H, the app gets worse with every update.

Company is a joke
They are now buffering the application for certain people at 8pm when it’s time to claim jobs for the last two days. They are doing this intentionally so I can only claim the jobs no one else wants. I’m not desperate!! They continue to change route Time and will give you more time and little to no pay difference 2 hours before the job. Their supervisor play the favoritism game to get in line for packages . The routes are unorganized and not worth the money. I use Gridwise and track miles so I know I’m driving 95 miles each route since the warehouse is only in pampano beach far from my city they advertised to be in. They won’t pay for the real time you will work and will punish you for undeliverable packages . A lot of incomplete addresses, no phone numbers, wrong location out of your service area packages but they blame the drivers anyway.

Deceptive offer = Dishonest practices
VEHO makes the offers the night before but the amounts to be paid are probably altered the next day when consolidating the offer, they place the maximum hours of work but pay the minimum amount of the offer, if you do not fulfil your route it will impact your metrics limiting you for future offers.
Dishonest practices.

This is the Worst most Abusive Gig Company out There! They will not pay you the amounts they promise to pay you! They deduct money from the amounts you agree to with No Explanation or response to your questions! They Never give out a phone number for you to speak to an employee because they know they’re taking advantage of people and abusing them financially! None of the route times are properly estimated. You’ll always drive at least 30-60 minutes more than their top estimates! The app that you use will constantly fail and slow you down! Their mapping makes No sense and will send you round and round to houses that you could have reached in a straight line! Disorganized Company
I started in October 2022. We was getting paid $25 an hour. Now as of recently when the relocated to Woodbridge/Avenel they dropped the hourly pay to $17-18 an hour and the routes are poorly organized. They literally have you going to the same address about 3 times in 1 route. And the way they are arranging the routes is a waste of tolls gas and time. A 4hr route pays less than $100 and it’s actually a 6hr route. Plus before you start the day your already spending most of what you’re gonna get back. $13 in tolls round trip plus gas. Sometimes u have to add $40 in gas for just 1 route. Veho started good to attract drivers now they treating us like immigrants.
