Violations!!!!! ????
I did all my work, I strive to leave boxes in the best condition, regardless of impediments such as that many areas do not leave instructions to enter, go through gates, many areas with poor internet, addresses that are not included in the areas. and one sudden day they remove me from the system saying that I committed a violation of the contract but they are not clear which one? If you are a veho driver, be clear that even if you do your best and have a rating above 4.9 if they want to, they will withdraw you!

Don’t Bother With This App
I’ve had several issues with this app. Anything from trying to find out where the closest warehouse to me would be, to scheduling. I keep getting spammed by Veho’s chat bots as well, as they keep sending me text messages and emails about my car insurance, updating my insurance (which I already did) and routes. I have received several messages from Veho telling me that routes are available but every time I sign in to the app to see what those routes are, nothing shows up. Literally, nothing. I messaged Veho about this, but they have not responded. I sent a text message telling them to stop messaging me as well since all they are doing is spamming and wasting my time, and still no response.
Overall, I think Veho is not a real company and they are stealing contractors information so they can sell that information to other companies. I don’t think this company is legitimate at all, as they can’t even handle logistics properly.
Do not use this app. You have been warned.

App Performance
The app worked well for me. I did have trouble scanning a couple of packages but it allows you to take a picture instead of a scan. Overall very happy.

Usually, the app works well. At times, it glitches when on deliveries and a driver has to logout and back in to sync back up, at times failing to clear completed deliveries.
When the app prompts you to enter house numbers after already taking a picture of them, this just slows everything down and is unnecessary.

App is easy to use
Photo of home if subject to prior mis-delivery would be great. The app occasionally goes offline in low cell service areas but that is not a fault of the app.
Veho driver app
I have had only a couple of instances where I struggled to upload pictures of deliveries and it probably had more to do with poor cell service. The detailed address information you get in the app gets you to the right place without difficulty. Scanning works really well and dispatch is a text away if a there is a question about a delivery.

This app is getting really good!
I like how they make improvements on an almost daily basis now. The experience has gotten a ton better lately. There’s still some improvements I would ask for but overall I love driving with this app.
Very User Friendly!
It’s so far my favorite Company I do as a contract driver. The app is very user friendly and it automatically switches over to google maps when selecting delivery addresses. And if you have any questions or issues, I can’t stop bragging about Veho’s dispatch team, they’re a life line to me getting the job done.

Driver App Review
I’m my opinion, the applications work quite well. Driving over a period of nearly a year now, I have seen numerous changes to improve this program. Seeing comments from other drivers, I’ve gone though some of the same frustrations. I now consider myself, an experienced VEHO driver and can motor through the app without any issues. It’s been months since I have had to call for any tech support.
My experience tells me, there needs to be a better training process “up-front” before drivers get out on their own. I see new drivers in the DC every week, their training is very, very short and quick. I would suggest any new driver spend one day with an experienced driver before they can choose a route to drive on their own. Training makes a huge difference, I learned the hard way making many mistakes and I’ve learned from them. Take it into consideration, especially if we are going to expand our deliveries to more than just one day a week. The four star rating is significant of VEHO doing a very good job with their app, but room to improve.
