False updates and removing transparency
App was great when I started in January 2022. Ever since then they have been lowering pay and removing transparency. They used to show an estimated map where all the package drop off would be so you would know if you’d be traveling 20 miles or 150 miles. Without that information you may as well be making $5 an hour with how much gas and mileage they are making you go. They keep using the excuse “temporary feature updates” but when you message them they say they don’t have a timeline for the fixes. The app isn’t broken, they are just purposely making it less transparent while lowering the pay.

THE WORST DELIVERY APP
This is by far the worst delivery app I’ve ever had to use. There needs to be some major updates done. I constantly have to turn my phone on and off airplane mode or completely shut it down because the app isnt communicating with google maps, constantly get messages saying "unable to view route" or "unable to confirm stop as delivered". Photos won’t upload. And when you contact support the messages don’t even go through. This is making a 2 hour route take 5 hours!! And it’s extremely annoying and very inconvenient not only for the drivers but the customers as well. I’m not getting payed the longer I work! I’m wasting gas because of these issues! We don’t get reimbursed for any of that! Please fix these major problems! I haven’t been a partner with Veho for long but this will definitely make me find elsewhere to work and encourage others not to work here either.

They Don’t Pay Drivers
Wanted to check out the company and see what
they were all about. Worked for them for two days
and realized that I will never work for them again.
They take advantage of their drivers (they don't pay
the drivers properly ) and they have yet to pay me
for the routes that I have took. I've had to contact
support numerous times (The only way you can get
ahold of them is through email ) trying to track down
my money and they have yet to respond to me. Very
shady company! Be prepared to be taken advantage
of and not be paid properly. Just to confirm some of the other complaints they do not give you the mileage that you are going to drive. One of my routes ended up being 160 miles round-trip and they only wanted to pay me $53 Ask yourself if this company is really worth your time?

Great First Day
I finally was able to grab two shifts and it was great. The Baltimore location representatives were informative , communicated effectively and made sure I understood the assignment. They are very patient. The chat representatives are also very patient, lovely to talk to & quick to respond. My routes were perfect because they literally were aligned. If you can snag a shift, Veho is a great hustle.

Sorting
The app does seam to get glitchy when scanning in your route. Always having to back out and refresh to see the stop number when this happens.
Is there a way when routes come out you can sort them a way you want to see them? By city, payout, miles, stops….

Poor information
It should be better with more information about earnings, deliveries done, rating… and should match our car with the amount of boxes we deliver. I got 30 boxes and didn’t fit in my car. I had to put boxes in the front passenger’s seat and didn’t see the mirrors. It’s not safe to take so many things at the same time.

It’s a nice side gig when you get a route. Once they post if you aren’t fast enough you will miss the opportunity. I wouldn’t quit my day job other wise you will be broke

This is an ok gig. I wouldn’t consider it a job. I’m just doing in it until I get hired somewhere. Everything works fine. Some routes are more favorable because they require less driving. My only issue is with the Veho support. I am having trouble getting my earnings into my bank.
Terrible
This app has several concerns. I could be out delivering and the app will kick me out, cannot use app with Wi-Fi it will interfere with the delivery. I am currently logged out and when I try to reset the system is telling me my email address is not a user. I understand this is a new small tech company, but they really need to get a handle on this app delivery because as a driver this is frustrating ugh 😣

Minimum pay
They overhire trying to get the cheapest rate if you drive for this company you need to wait until 8 to 10 AM when they surge the price do not be the cheapskate and allow them to get the cheap rate . 2hr blocks can go up to 90$+ if you wait most people are cheap and don’t wait long enough....
