Impossible get a route!
They should have an easier and fairer way for everyone regarding the system of taking the routes! it is literally impossible to catch a route! I always get a message saying "it's not available and please select another route" I have selected several as quickly as possible and the system does not assign me any route!

Sub par logistics company
Not much of a tech company other than they don’t contract out their App Developers. They are re-inventing the wheel. Not something you do in business. Very haphazardly experience. Most of the time their is little to no communication and it’s very disorganized.
Horrible company
I don’t understand who would work for this company the routes people take are literally unprofitable. People where I live will take routes for 50$ that are 70 miles away and still have to deliver 25$ packages I’m sorry but that’s slave labor. 80% of there routes you will make no money from them. If you do want to do a route for them tho expect the packages to be leaking the product all over your car and expect to deliver and nasty soggy box so your rating will tank as well. This company is worse than any other gig app.

Worst delivery app
This is my first day working with this app and is the worst of all deliveries app ever, first support answer 30 min later, the option to take up to 3 pictures just to confirm that the package is at the right address its ridiculous there is so many house and building without number and you dont even have the option to skipped, bad information about the address and building, also wrong timing frame in deliverys it took me 3 hours to deliver 20 packages i want to know who going to pay my extra time?

MODERN DAY SLAVERY
Experienced sprinter van driver who decided to give this company a try yesterday. Worst day ever. If you want to work for minimum wage, which is what you will be paid after calculating fuel and time spent, this is the company for you. If you want to drive all over town in random directions cause they don’t use AI to plot a route correctly although it’s given to you in a specific numerical order, this is the company for you. Unless, after loading 2 carts you have time to enter 50 addresses in an external app to give you the best route. (this is what was suggested to me by customer suppport) That’s in addition to the 3-4 hours you’re working to make $100 per route, but at least $30 will go towards fuel. 🤡 If you have low self esteem and don’t know your worth, this is the company for you! Their rates vs what you as the driver have to do is appalling. Stop giving them business!!! This is exactly why their system is full of routes at the end of the day. TRASH Addresses in the app that don’t even exist. When typing a message to support you can’t see what you are typing in the box until you hit send. They underestimate the time to finish at the detriment of the driver. I’ve driven all over the country and used other apps, this is by far the worst I have ever seen. I don’t know how they get away with it. The app has so many issues, I can’t imagine how bad it was before the “improvements”.

App has a lot of issues
1st of, it doesn’t show the number of pkgs a route has. I’ve tried updating and it says I have the latest version. The app itself has a lot of random issues. Sometimes it doesn’t let you check in, other times it doesn’t let you scan, other times it kicks you out in the middle of a delivery.

When I accepted this route the app showed different delivery locations and much closer than they actually were. The deliveries showed that they would be completed in up to 3.5 hours, but I started at 9am and only at 3:20pm. The map shown in the app was completely different from the route I completed. I contacted support but the attendant only updated the entry number 14 on the app map, but that doesn't help me at all after I'm already in the middle of deliveries and the amount paid is still the same. I believed it when I saw where the route was on the app's map. But I was tricked, it showed me that it would be delivered in 3.5 hours, but some deliveries were so far away from each other that I only completed deliveries for more than 6 hours. Veho's ad says the driver would earn a minimum of $18 per hour. But in over 6 hours I'm only getting paid with $63. I spent twice as many miles, twice as much gas, twice as many hours. Veho tricked me. I ask you to pay me the fair amount I did, I was hungry, without going to the bathroom, I did my duty, I honored my word and I ask that you honor your word to pay me what is fair. You tricked me on this route.

No routes
I’ve been having issues recently trying to get my app to show me routes. It used to show me routes and now they’ve disappeared. It’s not bc people are picking them up bc I’ve been on at exactly the time they’re supposed to drop and it says no routes, I’ve deleted the app numerous times and I see nothing. I’ve also received “routes still available” notification but when I click on it there’s no routes. Somethings wrong and I’ve asked for help with the app through email and I’ve received no helpful responses.

Horrible
Worst app I’ve ever used. Freezes all the time. Bugs have gotten worse with the latest update September 2022. I’ve had to restart my phone just to continue using the app. No matter what, the app screws up. Please fire whoever is working for you and hire an actual developer that can fix all of the problems this app has currently. Thank you for your time and please do something!
