Efficient service and great options!

Enjoying the new and updated features on Snoonu! I love the fact that they have so many options for food as well as grocery and that they riders are taken care of in summers.
Riders and shoppers(grocery) offer great personal service as well.

Amazing Food and Service!

hold the brands accountable

If you offer the opportunity to order from a brand then hold the brand accountable when an issue with the order is raised and don’t leave the customer waiting for hours that turned into days. I don’t have a replacement for the faulty items and I don’t have a refund either. And on top of that you want to make the customers life even more complicated by needing to jump through multiple hoops after having raised the complaint 3+ times.
Snoonu is no different than any of the other apps at this point…
